Staff is rushing you to buy everything wont stop talking to you about every single thing you look pr touch at at an empty store… amyway, Made me an ice latte and it appeared to be just milk so i asked if there’s coffee inside so with n attitude they offered me to either make me a new one for free or pay for a coffee shot, i asked them if they can just add the coffee shot for the new one inside the existing so we wont throw away all this milk and they refused which doesnt make any sense but i guess thats normal so that people wont take advantage for free shots of coffe. The Starbucks experience was quite disappointing. When I tried to use my UnionPay card, the employee (ANUJA) flatly told me it wasn't accepted without offering any alternative payment options. They also didn't mention the option to use my rewards for a free drink or to pay through the app. Instead, it felt like I was left to figure out how to pay on my own. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to this Starbucks branch. The disappointment didn't stop at the payment issue.
