If I could give this café 20 stars, I would – and I’m going to, right now.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the aroma of fresh-ground coffee beans and a warm smile. The decor? A perfect balance of cozy and chic.

A piccolo to begin with, and I swear, one sip sent me on a journey. I saw my past, my future, and a brief flash of an Italian grandmother nodding in approval.

Chefs choice! The Norwegian Benedict? Supplemented with a taste of France. An elegant variation of the classic Eggs Benedict, featuring silky smoked salmon layered over a toasted croissant, topped with perfectly poached eggs and finished with a rich, velvety Hollandaise sauce. Nothing less than delicious!

The Pastries? An irresistible medley of handcrafted pastries, each with its own charm. Some would say, the perfect sized bite!

The staff? Friendly, attentive, and somehow able to remember regulars’ names and orders like barista wizards.

I sat by the canal, basking in sunlight and for the first time in a long time, I felt peace.

I was so excited to try Bellini cafe after being such a fan of Cipriani . But was extremely disappointed by the food.. I ordered the veal ham Benedict on croissant.

After waiting for almost 10 mins I was informed the manager that there was a “problem with the veal ham” and asked if I can replace it with anything else and I agreed on the spinach.

The best part of the meal when it arrived?? The croissant. !

The hollandaise sauce was tasteless even after adding generous amount of salt and pepper !

After informing the manager all he could tell me was “I’ll inform the chef” that’s it! Nobody even bothered to ask if I wanted to replace the dish especially after my initial order could not be made because of the “problem with the “veal ham” 🤔. Had to order the bill and paid and left.

This place clearly doesn’t care much about customer service or leaving a good impression..

I had an amazing experience at Bellini Dubai, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was truly outstanding.

A special shout-out to Mr Khaled and Soufiane—they went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. They were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, ensuring that everything was perfect from start to finish.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with authentic flavors. The presentation was impeccable, and the ambiance added to the overall charm of the place.
