Arabian Tea House - Jumeirah Archaeological Site, Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

This is my first visit to the Archeological ATH. I have been to the one in Al Fahidi. If you have been in the UAE 40 years and above, the place is detailed with art work, photos and furnishings of those days. The place is well lit with wall to wall windows and comfortable air conditioning We were there for their breakfast. The breakfast plate and platters is so fresh and organic. Warm bread is served with your platters. Everything is made in-house and delicious. A few dishes I would make reference to…the jam is infused with rose essence, the fava beans and baked beans in tomato is so perfectly balanced that it is neither to sweet or sour. Wash it down with a pot of Karak tea. A pot of karak holds around 4-5 sulaimani cups.

Right from the gate entrance the restaurant service is commendable. We were served and cared for by Sanjeewani. Soft-spoken with a beautiful smile she was well versed with the menu. She hosted us with a surprising heart shaped bread and warmed us more karak tea.

Last but not the least don’t miss out to register with their loyalty program to have a welcome dessert surprise. We ended our feast with freshly prepared luqiamat (Courtesy: Loyalty Program) drizzled with a delicious sweet sauce and sprinkled with nuts.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Arabian Tea House in Dubai with a friend who was visiting the UAE for the first time. I wanted them to experience true Emirati hospitality, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! Karan, our waiter, truly made the experience unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived, Karan’s joyful demeanor and professionalism stood out. He greeted us warmly and made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to explain the menu, helping us choose the best dishes to enjoy the rich Emirati cuisine. His attention to detail was amazing, and he even served us bread shaped like a heart—such a thoughtful and personal touch!

Karan’s friendly and attentive service really embodied the spirit of Emirati hospitality. He ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal, and his genuine positivity added so much to the experience.
