As someone with a deep appreciation and understanding of coffee, I always look forward to trying new cafés, and Stay Café had been on my list for some time.

During my visit, I initially ordered an Americano, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. It was overly bitter with a strange aftertaste, prompting me to return it something I rarely do. However, the team was accommodating and offered me a V60 pour-over instead, brewed with Hambela beans. That was exceptional smooth, aromatic, and precisely the kind of brew I enjoy. The Brownie Tiramisu was also outstanding a creative twist and genuinely memorable.

However, my experience was tainted during billing. Despite returning the Americano, it was mistakenly included in the final bill. I only realized this after payment. When I brought it up, an African staff member politely apologized and acknowledged the oversight. Unfortunately, a Filipino waitress then approached the situation with unnecessary attitude and defensiveness. Rather than resolving the issue calmly, her tone and approach felt more like an attempt to cover the mistake by shifting the blame even going as far as trying to lecture me.

Such behavior reflects poorly on an otherwise well-presented café. The attitude was unwelcoming from the moment we walked in, and it sadly overshadowed an otherwise great product offering.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I sampled a few of their offerings, including the Baklava cheesecake, Matcha, and the V60 with orange, and I must say, it was a culinary delight.

The Baklava cheesecake was a heavenly combination of creamy and nutty flavors, and the Matcha had a distinct, authentic taste that was simply delightful. However, the real star of the show was their V60 with orange. As someone who typically doesn't indulge in coffee, this was a revelation. It's a refreshingly light brew that doesn't weigh on the stomach, and the infusion of orange created a symphony of unique and delightful flavors that left a lasting impression.

Apart from the culinary delights, the ambiance was equally impressive. The cafe exudes a welcoming and cozy vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. The team deserves special mention; they are incredibly friendly and supportive, which enhances the overall experience.

This Cafe has certainly won me over with its exceptional food, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service. If you're looking for a place that offers not just great coffee but a memorable experience, I highly recommend paying them a visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of...

Don’t WASTE your time here.We just came out of this cafe. Horrible service, if you are hungry and you want your food to be served quick, this is the last place to go! We entered restaurant at 12:20 for breakfast ,it was empty, just our table and one neighboring table were busy. The entire place was free. However we still waited for 40+ min for our ordered. by 1 o’clock we only had our drinks that we ordered with dessert that was suppose to come after food. We nicely asked twice when to expect our breakfast (which was online sunny side up eggs with bacon and sausage (English Breakfast) and Pouched Egg Benedict (literally nothing hard to take up to 1 hr to prepare). At the end my husband got frustrated and said we don’t want the order. Instead of properly apologizing they brought to us bill for drinks and cake which was 88 darhams , and said sorry. Seriously? Horrible treatment , at least if they were sorry they could keep the tea and cake on the house like many other restaurants do to show that they are sorry. Unacceptable. I genuinely suggest not to...
