Booba tea - A Taiwanese chilled beverage prepared from green and black tea containing booba (aka bubbles/pearls) has been around since the 80s.

As soon as you step into the store, vibrant display of colorful booba and jelly catch your eye. A portion of booba, flavored jelly, tapioca pearls and flavored tea are sloshed into a cup and then mixed aggressively through their state-of-the-art machine.

Viola! You are presented with a delicious concoction. In every slurp, a booba makes it's way to your mouth and bursts with flavor (literally).

We ordered the following flavors:

Melon milk tea Raspberry milk tea

Booba not only serves chilled milk tea, but also a variety of hot beverages (tea & coffee), juices, smoothies and their heavenly smooth gelato.

We tasted a scoop each of the following gelato flavors:

Peanut butter Blue angel Wild berry Coconut

Their coconut and wild berry gelato is to-die-for.

Though the temperatures are dropping, chilled booba tea is still a treat i would enjoy during the cooler days. The best part is that you can request the staff to serve you booba without sugar (in case you have health issues or simply prefer keeping off...

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.The ladies there start talking about customers in their own language.They would shout at you and say that ,you need to be quite.Never had such a bad experience using BOTIM,as the staff was even more rude after knowing that I am planning to use the voucher. Not worth going and feeling humiliated. N your staff is probably trying to save them selves n the business as I can see your reply.No one tried to trick you or your staff for a single cup of booba,but your response tells that you are ready to give false explanation for what happened rather than being appologetic.I have no intention of returning to your business and having experience the worst customer...

We usually come here drinks are amazing love every single one of them and location is super chill , only concern are lady behind the counter everytime we come and we have seen even with the other costumers she’s super rude not professional got no manners how to talk and if ask recommendation nothing comes out of her mouth , I will request the management do advise her or train her , overall ladies behind the counter doing the drinks was very nice , we visited 10:51PM 31-03-2023 , humble request we love the place and always want to visit with behavior we get looks like was the last visit ....
