I regret getting highlights in my hair. Gemma is good at coloring, BUT she didn’t tell me that it would damage my hair so much. It used to be so soft, but now it feels like straw! And don’t tell me that’s normal, I’ve had my hair colored before, but it’s never been this damaged.

I also got an "add-on" dusting, but what a joke! It was done in five minutes and didn’t remove my split ends. I had to do it myself at home, one strand at a time, and I had a lot! If you can’t provide a proper service, just don’t offer it.

I also didn’t like how they constantly tried to upsell, always asking if I wanted to add something more, like a mask, buy a shampoo, or get a mani/pedi. It was really annoying!

Plus, Emma couldn’t even do a proper blow-dry on my curly hair, the result was terrible. And lastly, I asked her to take a photo of my hair from the back. She took two pictures and then said, “Oh, the lighting isn’t good, it looks better in real life.” So I ended up with two ugly photos. But on their Instagram page, all the pictures look stunning under the salon lighting, so I couldn’t help but feel like my hair wasn’t "worthy" of being photographed properly since it wasn’t for social media.

For the price I paid, I’m very, very disappointed with the service I received. The only good thing I can say is that everyone was very nice. At least...

I have been getting my hair done by Inger for the last 3 years and it is always done to perfection (which - as a blonde - is incredibly rare to find!). My hair health is the best it has been in my entire life, and the amount of growth I've seen with frequent cuts (every 8-12 weeks) has been so immense...my hair went from just below my shoulders to just above my bum! And now instead of trying to grow my hair, I'm just maintaining the length. Never thought I'd see the day!! She really knows how to take care of my hair. I've been getting a maintenance balayage look, with lighter face frames, meaning I haven't had to dye it too frequently, and this paired with the Olaplex or K18 treatments she's been putting in has helped in this great hair health.

I also recently got my nails done - Russian nails - and loved the attention to detail the lady had, she really took her time and made sure they look amazing for my upcoming holiday.

Regarding the salon itself - it's beautiful. A light and airy space, lots of room, comfy chairs, and the staff really look after you.
