Good thing I didn't dine or purchase anything from Starbucks. I have the worst experience with a batista named KASHISH CHAND In Kite Beach. As a traditional service givers they have to greet customers and ask what the customer wants. Once they receive the order they should serve the customer based on their order. This specific lady met me in toilet, kite beach toilet which is not owned by Starbucks, she started to control what should and shouldn't do in the kite beach public toilet which is completely out of her pay grade. I was do much confused, is she Starbucks employee or Kite Beach toilet cleaner? Is there a proper training given to the staff by Starbucks management team on how to handle customers? If yes then this employee has failed you or if no proper training is given then Starbucks had failed them. Rather than serving people their right order she has so much time up in her sleeves and she take a time to argue, shout and showing her ill behaviour. I wanted to have a wonderful experience to excersice by the beach but when you find people like KASHISH CHAND who doesn't mind their business and interfere in things that doesn't concern her or Starbucks. The worst act of her was spitting. Spitting us taboo, to spit on a customer who visited the beach is a disrespectful act and intolerable. I took this matter to her Supervisor name Abinas Rai, he trys to give reasons to her controlling behaviour in the toilet rather than apologising. Well if this is the type of employees, staff and batista that work in Starbucks then it's better not to visit any spots at all. I saw pervious reviews of this branch and this branch doesn't have a good reputation. Hope Starbucks management team took these concerns seriously and provide solutions as KASHISH CHAND will do this kind of ill behaviour again and again due to...
Read moreIt's not the first time the barista has shown her attitude. A few months ago, I chose to walk away because I didn’t want to deal with her. This morning, I had to repeat my order of a "cheese and turkey pretzel" and a "warm coconut latte" three times for some reason. Eventually, I received a croissant instead. When I pointed out that I had ordered a pretzel, she shot me a look that could kill and said, “Next, please,” to the person behind me. Then she gestured toward the pickup window and told me to "wait there."
In the end, I got a hot latte instead of my usual warm coconut latte, so I asked the male barista to swap it out. I finally received my pretzel, but it was only slightly warm. I come to Kite Beach twice a week for sports or just to enjoy the beach and always come to Starbucks. Typically, the male staff members are welcoming and attentive, but this particular lady's service really leaves much to be desired, especially for such a...
Read moreI want to share a disappointing experience here at Kite Beach location around 9:30 PM today. One of your staff members, a Nepali employee named Abinash, provided extremely poor service. Without informing us, he engaged in upselling practices, which we only discovered after reviewing the total amount charged. When I asked for a receipt to verify the charges, he initially refused and claimed it couldn't be reprinted. After some insistence and an argument, he finally provided the receipt — and that’s when I saw the additional items and charges that were added without our consent. This kind of deceptive behavior is unacceptable and leaves a very negative impression on customers. Upselling without transparency is not just unethical but damages the trust customers place in your brand. I hope you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not happen again...
