Nestled in the vibrant Jumeirah district of Dubai, AL BAIT MAEDA AL JADEED RESTAURANT stands as a beacon of Persian culinary excellence. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was transported to a world of enchantment, where the aroma of exotic spices filled the air and the warmth of Persian hospitality enveloped me like a comforting embrace.
The restaurant's décor, a harmonious blend of traditional Persian motifs and modern elegance, set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Intricate Persian carpets adorned the floors, while ornate chandeliers cast a soft glow upon the tastefully decorated tables. The air hummed with the gentle sounds of traditional Persian music, creating an ambiance that was both exotic and inviting.
My culinary journey began with a selection of tantalizing appetizers, each bite a symphony of flavors and textures. The creamy hummus, infused with the earthy aroma of tahini and the zest of lemon, was a delightful prelude to the ensuing feast. The eggplant dip, smoky and rich, was perfectly complemented by the tangy pickled turnips, adding a touch of piquant surprise. The freshly baked bread, warm from the oven and fragrant with the scent of sesame, provided the perfect accompaniment, its soft texture a perfect foil for the array of flavors.
As I moved on to the main course, my taste buds were further delighted by the succulent lamb kebabs. Marinated to perfection in a blend of aromatic spices, the kebabs were grilled to a smoky char, their juicy meat melting in my mouth with each bite. The accompanying saffron rice, fragrant and fluffy, was the ideal complement, absorbing the rich juices from the kebabs and adding a hint of golden color to the dish.
To cleanse my palate, I indulged in a refreshing Persian salad, a vibrant medley of crisp vegetables tossed in a tangy vinaigrette. The interplay of flavors – the sweetness of tomatoes, the crunch of cucumbers, and the zesty bite of onions – provided a welcome respite from the richness of the main course.
As the grand finale of my culinary adventure, I savored a traditional Persian dessert – a delicate faloodeh, a semi-frozen noodle dish infused with rose water and topped with a generous sprinkle of pistachios. The subtle sweetness of the rose water, combined with the nutty crunch of the pistachios, created a symphony of flavors that lingered on my taste buds long after the last bite.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Albit Maeda Aljadeed, and I must say, it was a beautifully designed restaurant with a fast and amazing service. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and attention to detail in the decor. The restaurant exuded a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable dining experience.
One aspect that stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They promptly took my order and ensured that all my needs were met throughout the meal. The efficiency of the service added to the overall positive experience at Albit Maeda Aljadeed.
When it came to the food, I thoroughly enjoyed the beef kabab and Bstani. The beef kabab was perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and delightful, leaving me satisfied with every bite. The Bstani, a traditional dish, was also a highlight of my dining experience. Its unique blend of spices and ingredients created a burst of flavors that was truly memorable.
However, one aspect that I found slightly disappointing was the pricing at the restaurant. I felt that the prices were quite high, and some dishes seemed overpriced considering their portion sizes. While the quality of the food was undoubtedly excellent, the pricing made it less accessible for those on a tighter budget.
Despite the price concern, Albit Maeda Aljadeed still offered a remarkable dining experience. The beautifully designed ambiance, fast and amazing service, and delicious beef kabab and Bstani made it a worthwhile visit. If you're looking for a fine dining experience with an emphasis on taste and quality, Albit Maeda Aljadeed is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared to spend a bit more than you...
Read moreMy visit was a complete disappointment in Bait al Maeeda al Jadeed, an Iranian restaurant located in jumeirah. It was such a terrible experience specially when communicating with their manager Mohamed Inayat.
Let me start first with the complimentary nuts that they serve on the table once you are in, believe it or not these nuts like cashew and sunflowers seeds are few months old.. imagine they are serving you complimentary nuts that are not fresh... then they also serve rocca and mint leaves complimentary as well.... and the rocca leaves and mint are yellow.
I invited a friend and i was not happy at all with the meat we ordered and i decided to complain afterwards to give respect to my invitee. However, i was totally shocked with their response that I am ONLY ALLOWED to complain inside the restaurant.
They were not willing to make any compromise, to the extent that we came to an agreement that they provide the same main course that i have ordered(not anything addition, not even rice) and i was supposed to pick it up and when i called to claim it they stopped responding to the phone calls and gave many excuses. Believe me this is the first time ever since 22 years i have such horrible experience with a restaurant. The guy called Mohamad Inayat acted like he doesnt understand the story. As if it is the first time he hears of what has happened... They dont give importance to customer’s satisfaction and that is very dangerous because a small incident could put the reputation of any entity in danger.
With my due respect, hospitality has its own definitions and concepts and owners who don’t give importance to those concepts will DEFINITELY lose clients and their business will never survive. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone and i will never ever return or even pass by...
