Taqado Mexican Kitchen - Kite Beach — Restaurant in Dubai

Disappointing customer service!!!! I had planned to give treat to my group of friends at Taqado. Before leaving on way, I called to the customer care to confirm that the Kite Beach branch is open (to save myself from any embarrassing situation). The customer care representative (Abdel Rahman if I remember his name correctly)confirmed me that the branch is open until 10:00 pm tonight. It was nearly 7 pm at that time.

We all reached the outlet, just to know by one of the staff at the outlet that their kitchen is closed since June 2024 because of summer season and low traffic.

Not only embarrassed and disappointed, I am amazed how the customer care people doesn’t know that which of their outlets are not operating.

Ofcourse I called the customer care again to tell them what was that and to add to my surprise they don’t really bother rather then saying that it was another colleague who gave this information!!

July 4 2023 exactly at 4:30 pm i encountered unfriendly atmosphere at taqado kite beach branch. It was my first time to try the food at taqado so I don’t really have any idea so I asked the guy on counter who’s not bother to even great or say hi when I entered which I ignore coz maybe the weather or something is the reason then he told me that buy one take one so I asked if it’s for all the meal then he said yes so I tried the boritos instead of tacos then when my food is really I was shocked coz I thought it was buy one take one then that’s the only time he explained that the offer is for tacos only I was disappointed and felt that is kinda racist on how they treat there customer though the foods is awesom but I don’t think I will try to checkout the place again .
