So Tasty Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

I'd like to convey my dissatisfaction with this restaurant. I placed an order for a zinger wrap at 11:56 AM, and according to the person I spoke with on the phone, the delivery time was promised to be 30 minutes. However, my food arrived after 50 minutes, nearly an hour, and it was disappointingly cold.

Upon calling the restaurant to inquire about the temperature of the food, the person insisted that it was still hot. I wouldn't have raised the issue if the food had been at least warm. The distance between So Tasty Restaurant and my office is just a one-minute walk, and the office elevator wasn't busy as it was a Saturday.

Despite my hunger, the person on the phone offered to replace the food. However, I declined the offer because I didn't want to endure another hour-long wait...

Im here to share my recent experience with restaurant. I work in business bay and I was a regular customer of this restaurant until one day I ordered Egg Friend rice and they delivered Chicken fried rice. Firstly, the ordered was delivered in 1hour 20 minutes, I think they are so bombarded with the orders that they cannot cater in time, and Secondly, I dont consume meat at all (just eggs) and I ate those few chunks of meat in the chicken biryani as the small pieces looked like egg only. I realised later when i had a big piece and it was very chewy as chicken. Apologising and re-sending the correct dish doesnt change the fact that I consumed meat. I live in Hong Kong and was on a business trip to Dubai. I always want to eat the kind of local style restaurants, and luckily, I picked this "So Tasty Restaurant." I went in around 1430 local time, and there weren't many people inside. I ordered the Chicken Briyani, but no spicy ! The waiter was very kind to emphasize my special request to the chief. The rice was not spicy at all and tasted very good. I also had a glass mango juice, sweet enough.

I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone like local foods.

But I do not understand why there was a VAT on top of the receipt. I thought the whole Dubai, UAE is a...
