Have you ever watched a football match, and that too a live final match, without sound!!! Well, that’s what happened to us when we visited C House Milano last Saturday for the Champions League Final.

I rang up the place twice before to check if they were playing the match and both times the attendant answered in the positive but never once did she mention that it would be without the actual match sound.

The only reason we opted to go out to watch the final match at 11pm was for my son who was soo keen to. Otherwise we would have watched it at home. And the reason we went to C House Milano is because our regular spot, Mr. Toad’s doesn’t allow kids after 10pm.

But it was such a disappointment. It had been around 15 min since play started, and all we could hear was some weird music in the background with the match being played on all screens..!! We asked two attendants about it who said they would check, and then they vanished. Finally, we asked for the manager, who was adamant that the guests, a few tables here and there, wanted to hear this music and not the live match sound. By this time, we had even ordered food & drinks!!

We’re also paying customers and we were there specifically for the match and in spite of having enquired twice prior, they didn’t have the decency to inform us that they would be playing the match but without live sound!!! So we paid & left!!

We headed next door to ClubHouse and it was relief! They had the match with sound…yay!! The only downside is the kitchen closes by 11:30pm, we were just in time for the last orders, so we ordered a few bites and drinks and had a great time!

So the moral of the story is ‘if you’re going to C House Milano to watch a match, don’t forget to double check if they’ll be playing it with the live sound or some random music, ‘coz you don’t want to ruin your...

Verry Rude and Useless Manager!!!

We came to this place many times beacause the waitress and waiters are all friendly plus amazing place.

The only problem is that cats and dogs are allowed while the restaurant are serving shisha!

Tonight next to our table is a group of people with big dog! A huge dog!

The dog saw the cat and run towrds our shisha! Towards me! I had heath attack just last month and i almost have again because of this dog suddenly jump running towards me and our shisha! If the shisha with burning charcoal fell towards me what will happen? BURNED? HEARTH ATTACK? Maybe i can easily die??? Seriously! Its not a joke!!

So we called this what so called Manager hoping he can talk to other table for us to feel comfortable on our table/place

But even without finishing our statement the manager told us this

We cannot do anything this is a friendly place were everyone can enjoy!!! And turned his back to us!!!

How can u enjoy if u get burned!! How can we enjoy if we are not safe??!!! How can u called this a friendly place if the Manager doest care about you???? So gave the importance to a dog than your guest??

This amazing waitress and waiters went to us and appologized for what happen and they tried to talk to other table but the Manager doest realy care!!!

What the L?? They deserve to be a manager who cares and understand their guest than that guy receiving salary without knowlege of how customer service is!!

If i have hearth attack?? What can he do?? Nothing because its a friendly place???

This is Un acceptable behaviour of a Manager!! He should not work their he should be in his house watching...

The place was really Good and a very relaxing ambience .. But the staff and the service was disappointed . it is winter and they are having very limited Fire Pits. We were 6 in our group and reserved 2 tables before 6 hour on the same day, but when we arrived they have allocated our sits in a very bad place and our fire pits are not working, specially when we asked for fire pits the server said he can not give us the fire pits because he can not move the fire pits from one place to another, which is an excuse ... and the worst part is there was no guest where the fire pits were set up still they don't care for guests who already arrived but they more care for the guests who are not present there .
