We recently placed a home delivery order from Unami Restaurant, hoping for a delicious ramen experience. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed this time.

We ordered two dishes: the Spicy Chicken Katsu Ramen and the Beef and Chicken Ramen with Garlic Sauce. The Chicken Katsu Ramen arrived without any chicken at all—just noodles and broth. The other dish included only two small slices of chicken and one tiny slice of beef, which felt more like a garnish than a proper portion.

To clarify the issue, we called the restaurant directly. However, the only response we received was that the order had supposedly been prepared correctly by the staff. There was no real attempt to understand or resolve the issue, which was disappointing.

Flavor-wise, both dishes were cold upon arrival, excessively oily, and simply didn’t meet expectations. The accompanying salad came with only soy sauce—no proper dressing or care in preparation. Additionally, the portion sizes were extremely small, especially considering the price.

My friend and her family usually eat Umami every weekend at IBN Foodcourt. Yesterday they found a tiny hair like mustache/beard stick inside wasabi but was found later by her kid after she alrwady mixed and ate it with sauces for shushi. After that she went to the counter and told some staffs and showed the envidance. Noone took any respinsible action even SAY SORRY !!!! Bad trainning and quality concern!!! Probably i told her they must just use Tab water no filter for making soup!!! Unbelievable this is real Japanese Brand because Japanese people has a high respinsiblity...
