My dearest friend has a severe beetroot allergy. We wanted a nice afternoon snack so decided to come to Starbucks in order to do so. We both ordered a Emmental cheese and Turkey ham croissant. Not only was it overpriced, but we were also dangerously deceived. Once the croissants had been served to us, we made the unfortunate discovery of the molten beetroot hidden well within the croissant flaps. Thankfully my friend noticed this in time and did not have a reaction to it. However I strongly advise any customer who visits this cafe to inquire about the contents, as none of the potential allergens are listed on the card with the productâs name. As we received it, I immediately notice that taste of the mocha is watery.
So I ask my partner to return it but we waited for a couple of minutes because it was busy at that time and we donât want to interrupt them.
Then my partner returned the drink, this barista who created the drink then said âitâs already past 15 minutesâ you shouldnât commented on that because if we didnât even drink the coffee that much. Also the policy of Starbucks is that if you donât like the drink we can return it.
