Automatic Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

Wouldnt usually waste time on writing a 1 star review but this one just pressed my buttons, ordered 4 sandwiches for myself, liver, makanek, sujuk, and Falafel, off the bat, Falafel had garlic paste on the outside of half of the sandwich, just left it there could not wait for a remake, the liver, makanek, sujuk were all the same, the meats were an added flavor to the garlic (all 3 sandwiches had a sh** load of garlic, a few french fries, couple slices of pickles and the specified type of meat), not sure who's running the show, but this much garlic is too much even for a Lebanese, a slice of tomato wouldn't break your food cost, I understand its cheap but even for that price point the offering was bad, the best thing that I got from the experience were the side pickles. The most worst shawarma done for both the chicken and the meat the sandwich when heated should not contain garlic paste or tahina sauce it will be come oil as its harmful for the stomach and when ever you order you give some instructions the staff doesn't take it seriously and they do what they want no respect for the customers they keep you waiting in the end you find your order is not what you want I don't recommend this restaurant for any thing please be aware the heated garlic paste in dangerous for health as many don't know Not recommended no respect...

The worst ever customer service! The team makes you feel like you are loosing your appetite. I was approached by 2 Arabic cashiers who were so arrogant. They don’t even look at you when you talk and make you feel like they doing you a favor. One cashier started to spread silly jokes when I wanted to follow up on order.
