Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

I met a rude lady who served me today.she would have told me that they r closed or abt to close. I went to baskin Robbins ice cream parlour in ibn battuta mall which is China court…. I asked that I want to buy an ice cream. She said it’s only take away…. I said it’s ok, no probs… I ordered the flavours what I want n was asking for toppings one by one n she rudely turns to me n says, mam tell me all the toppings at once…. What the hell, I was telling her one by one n I was gng to pay for what I ordered. I didn’t ask any of them for free… I told her why r u getting angry n she says they r abt to close then I said,u would have told me before n I would have left. I can’t force anyone to serve me when they r closing or closed…. Such a rude, arrogant lady who was there at closing time… didn’t expect these type of staff in Baskin-Robbins….. by the way ice cream was good but will never visit any of their...

Plenty of ice cream flavours to choose from the quite good Baskin Robbins ice cream range including different chocolate flavours, cookie dough, strawberry and cookies and cream but the way they are displayed doesn't seem to have any logical order so you might be scanning randomly through both display cabinets before you make your choice. You can also jazz your ice cream up with a range of toppings.

The ice cream is available in various sizes of cups as well as single and double cones. They also have ice cream cakes, milkshakes and sundaes if you want to go all out to complete your sugary ice cream headache fix.

There seems to be no specific seating at the moment but it's located on the fringe of the food court (near Carrefour) so you should be able to find somewhere to sit and enjoy...

I purchased two cups of vanilla ice cream from Baskin-Robbin Ibn Battuta. Before making the purchase, I asked the salesperson if they accept the salaam points. He said yes we do.

I paid AED 30 by salaam points. The transaction was declined in the system, but the receipt indicated it was approved. In addition, the reward points were deducted.

Then I paid cash, and sales person told me that my points would return in 24 hours, but they never did.
