Nestled along the picturesque coastline, Estiatorio Milos Dubai located at Atlantis the Royal offers a delightful escape into the flavors of the Mediterranean with its authentic Greek seafood dishes.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and traditional Greek music playing in the background. The outdoor sitting provides a stunning view over the sea, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a special celebration.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff Sushim who was eager to share his knowledge of the menu. Sushim took the time to recommend several dishes and offered insights into their preparation, which added a personal touch to our meal. The service was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
The menu features an impressive selection of fresh seafood, along with traditional Greek specialties. Special thank you to the chef Markelos who came to us securing we had a pleasant food experience. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the seafood was undeniably fresh.
To complement our meal, we selected a crisp Greek white wine, which paired perfectly with the seafood. The wine list featured a range of options, making it easy to find the ideal match for our dishes.
While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall experience justify the cost. It’s clear that Estiatorio Milos Dubai takes pride in sourcing fresh ingredients and providing exceptional service.
Located conveniently near the beach, the restaurant is easily accessible for both locals and tourists. The scenic backdrop enhances the dining experience, making it a perfect spot for enjoying a meal while soaking in the beauty of Antlantis The Royal.
Overall, Estiatorio Milos Dubai delivers a delightful dining experience that transports you straight to Greece with its exquisite seafood offerings and inviting atmosphere. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return, not only to indulge in more of their delicious dishes but also to enjoy the ambiance once again. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic Greek...
Read moreWe were so looking forward to celebrating a birthday here, but really we should have paid attention to the other negative reviews.
First off, this place is unbelievably expensive for the very pedestrian food it serves - clearly it sets its price point at this level because it is located in the Atlantis Royal, but the food quality and service is more akin to what you would expect in mall in Umm Al Quwain.
AED 150 for the Greek salad is unconscionable! Just ordinary tomatoes - not even the fancy heirloom types - with two modest triangles of cheese!
The wines are outrageously priced - absolutely taking advantage of tourists paying in foreign currencies. It’s shameful.
The lamb chops were embarrassing. 500g but instead of hearty lamb chops we received 9 or 10 bones with barely one bite on them. They were not marinated. They were not seasoned.
The calamari was tough and not seasoned.
The service - when it was present was friendly - but we kept having to signal to get service to - why do we have to ask for salt and pepper? If you don’t want to put the condiments on the table, then at least have the waiter ask if the guest would like some salt and pepper with the meal. Especially since it seems none of the dishes are cooked with any seasoning whatsoever.
The music was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk.
The tables are too small for the oversized plates.
It seems whoever designed this restaurant never actually tested things like the bench seating or the type of cutlery used with the unnecessary plates. If you are seated on the bench, the table top is too far up, even for a 6’1 person like me. The salad dish is a massive round plate with a small indentation inside to hold the overpriced, small salad - but they give you a serving spoon so big it actually cannot get into the bowl to lift the salad out. Just very poor planning and no thought given to the actual dining experience. Just trying to make it look fancy and high class and missing the point completely.
AED 3400 for 3 people to have such poor service and mediocre food is...
Read moreDining at Milos at Atlantis The Royal was nothing short of a revelation. From the very first bite to the last spoonful of dessert, it was a masterclass in authentic Greek cuisine — elevated to absolute perfection!! We began with an array of starters that immediately transported us to the sun-drenched shores of the Greece. The octopus, delicately charred and served atop a velvety fava bean purée, was melt-in-the-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. Alongside came a vibrant Greek salad, brimming with ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and the most heavenly barrel-aged feta we’ve ever tasted. The Greek sauces with warm, fluffy pita bread were divine — each dip a perfect harmony of bold flavors - especially the one made of fish eggs! The standout among the appetizers, though, was the zucchini flower, lightly fried and filled with herbaceous delight. A true nod to traditional Greek technique and simplicity. The main event — a whole seabass baked in salt — was a showstopper. Expertly filleted tableside, it was succulent, subtly seasoned, and perfectly complemented by a drizzle of olive oil and lemon. It was a reminder that great cooking often lies in its restraint and respect for the ingredients. To finish, we shared the ekmek — a beautifully roller dessert of syrup-soaked brioche, silky custard, and billowy cream with pistacchios! It was light, decadent, and an utterly fitting finale to such a memorable meal. I had a great citrusy mocktail that very kind waiter suggested for me based on my taste preferences!
The ambiance of Milos, background music and overall vibe paired with warm, kind and very attentive service and breathtaking views, only heightened the experience. If you are searching for the most authentic Greek dining in Dubai, Milos at Atlantis The Royal is the destination. A truly stunning culinary journey — one we can’t wait to take again.
