A Flawless Experience at Flying Elephant – Ambience & Service Beyond Expectations!

From the moment I stepped into Flying Elephant, I knew I was in for something special. The ambience strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and warmth—luxurious yet inviting, stylish yet comfortable. Whether you’re there for a celebration or just a refined evening out, the atmosphere instantly makes you feel like you’re in the right place.

But what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff, who delivered top-notch service from start to finish. Every single person on the team deserves appreciation, but I’d especially like to mention: • Vikas Sehgal– Utterly professional and welcoming, he made sure we were comfortable throughout. His attention to detail and calm demeanor set the tone for the evening. He was on top of everything, and his care and effort didn’t go unnoticed. • Sonika – Warm, attentive, and incredibly intuitive. She seemed to know what we needed before we even asked and added such a personal touch to the whole experience. • Kevin – A total rockstar. His energy is infectious and he brings a great vibe to the space. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. • Ritika – So graceful and efficient, she handled everything with such elegance. Her service felt effortless, but every move was intentional and smooth. • Rish – Personable, polite, and professional. • Yash – Charismatic and confident, he made sure our table felt like the only one that mattered. Loved his energy and service style.

It’s rare to find a team so in sync and so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. Everything went so smoothly—from the food and drink service to the personal interactions—and it left a lasting impression.

Flying Elephant isn’t just a place you visit—it’s a place you experience. Huge thanks to the entire team for making it such a memorable evening. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making our women’s day celebration so special

The food deserves a category of its own. It’s fusionistic—bold, creative, and beautifully balanced. Each dish is a conversation starter, and the flavors are layered in a way that feels elevated but approachable.

And let’s talk about the drinks: the entire menu is a must-try. Every cocktail is crafted with care and flair, offering something unique whether you’re into classics or more adventurous blends. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything you choose.

In short: the ambience stuns, the staff shines, the food delights, and the drinks impress. Everything went so well, and I left feeling completely taken care of.

Huge love and gratitude to the entire Flying Elephant team—you’ve created a space that’s magnetic, memorable, and absolutely...

Let's talk about the Flying Elephant. Now, Dubai's not short on restaurants, but this place is a bit of a find. It's got that dimly lit, cool vibe, the kind of place you'd take someone you're trying to impress, or, you know, just actually have a decent conversation with. The music's eclectic, which is a plus – nothing worse than having your eardrums assaulted by elevator muzak while you're trying to enjoy your dinner. And the staff? Actually friendly. Ritika deserves a special shout-out for being particularly on the ball.

The cocktails are where things get interesting. They've got this knack for taking classic cocktails and giving them a proper Indian twist. The Mausambi High Ball? A citrusy, refreshing smack around the chops. The Apple Cinnamon Pie? Like a warm hug in a glass, but with booze. Highly recommend both.

Now, the food. It's not just your standard curry house fare; this is a menu designed for people who actually like flavour. The Wagyu Bombay Toast? Pure decadence on a plate. The Dhungaar Butter Chicken? Smoky, creamy, and utterly addictive. And the Rum ki Raan? A majestic, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. They've clearly put some thought into this menu, catering to a wider palette without sacrificing flavour.

The Flying Elephant is a bit of an underrated gem. Perfect for a date night, a catch-up with friends, or just a quiet evening when you want good food, good drinks, and a cool atmosphere. Go. You...

Flying Elephant at Novotel Al Barsha is a hidden gem that delivers an exceptional dining experience with its unique flavors, excellent seafood, and creative desserts. The ambiance sets the perfect mood, modern yet cozy, with warm lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. .

If you're a seafood lover, the prawns at Flying Elephant are an absolute must-try. Cooked to perfection, they are juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The best I’ve had in Dubai. Took me straight to India.

The Asamese fish is a true highlight, offering a taste of authentic Assamese flavors rarely found in Dubai. The fish is incredibly soft and flaky, with a tangy, slightly spicy sauce that enhances its natural flavors.

Their mocktails are beautifully crafted, refreshing, and perfectly complement the meal.

A fusion of the traditional Gajar ka Halwa (carrot pudding) and a creamy cheesecake, this dessert is a masterpiece. A must-try for anyone looking for a unique dessert experience!

The service is impeccable, with staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Kevin made the experience best with his recommendations. He was very hospitable.

Highly recommended for foodies looking to explore new...
