Read moreMoroccan staff behind the counter is very rude, I came in to buy bread after 12 AM and saw this staff being aggressive with a customer after the customer asked to check him out, his behavior was like this "BRO WAIT SHIFT CHANGE CHANGE". There's no need to be aggressive and rude to your customers if you don't know how to manage shifts, there were 4/5 customers lining up and it was 12:05 AM already and the staff still counting cash at the counter.

Read moreThis branch is very disappointing compared to other Carrefour locations. The service is slow, there aren’t enough staff, and the ones who are there act like the customers are bothering them. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes with no apology and no attempt to speed things up. To make it worse, there’s always loud, annoying music playing in the store — it feels more like a noisy café than a supermarket. Honestly, this branch doesn’t represent the Carrefour standard at all — not in service, not in cleanliness, and definitely not in customer respect. Management really needs to step in...
