MD Hotel - By Gewan — Hotel in Dubai

I usually stay in MD Hotel on my visit in Dubai and always had an overall wonderful experience. Honestly this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. This was my 4th visit here from 8th November to 11th november 2024. I usually never give any review to any hotel but the staff of this hotel is so sweet that this time I'm compelled to write down my experience.

Check-in and Reception: From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr. Yasir and Mr. Muslimudin, they were right there to help me out. My luggage was handled very responsibly by them at check in and checkout.They were very respectful to me whenever I visited here and I have seen their same behaviour with everyone which I really Iike. I have seen them working at 3 o clock mid night as well, attending 20+ new guests altogether with the same passion and composure which is commendable.

Check-in process was quick and smooth as always with minimal paperwork. Miss Larib is the most humble person I have met in Dubai. She is incredibly professional and has an impressive ability to recognize guests by face, always greeting them with a warm and beautiful smile. Her friendly and approachable demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home to me. Throughout my stay, I never once saw her lose her patience or smile. For her outstanding hospitality and welcoming attitude- 10/10."

Facilities: I enjoyed the lavish pool, gym, restaurant and I highly recommend it. There were few stores in house for shopping. I took a souvenir from there. I also booked my future museum tickets and few others from their dedicated desk of tourism at a price even lower than online. They have peaceful and spacious prayer room separately.

Service: The service throughout my stay was exceptional. They kept my room neat and clean on all the days so thanks a lot. Staff members were always attentive, polite, and eager to assist with any request. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, from housekeeping to room service. They booked cab for me always within minutes.

Overall Experience: My stay at MD Hotel was truly enjoyable. Cleanliness, comfort, memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would definitely return on...

I was at this hotel in February 2025 at this hotel. In the first night when we arrived tired at 23:00 P.M. after a long flight. The room was not ready and we wait like 30 minutes. After that the manager came to us and told that they cannot host us in the hotel in the night because was something broken with the canal or somthething like that. Why the hotel didn’t observed that earlier? Finally.. The manager transferred us to a hotel “near”, i think the named was Atana Hotel, they gave us transffer with a car with the promisse that the second day they will give us the reserved accomodation. We finally accepted, but it was not ok because after a long flight and at 23:00 to receive that news it maked me feel angry. The new hotel that we arrived it was nice, better that the MD Hotel. Next day they came to us with the transffer to the MD hotel after discussions with the manager because they didn’t call on time for the driver. In that night and in the morning we was only waiting after they. The next day we waited again for check-in like 30 minutes. Why is difficult to make a check-in, why you need to wait a lot of time. Ah, to not forget, we was not the only guests transferred to the second hotel, a lot of guests came with the manager. In that time, the hotel was in renovation. The stuff need to be a lot more organized. For the disturb they gave us for entire vacation the lunch or the dinner, that we appreciate because in the final they was nice with us. Some people from staff was so nice and friendly. The food from from the whole day was so good with vegan and vegetarian option I recommend the hotel and I hope that this problems was isolated only in...

This is my 4th stay in this lovely Hotel and definitely not the last. As always, amazing staff meet me, remembering me and calling me by my name, it is really a pleasure. Also from my end, I know everyone here already by name. This time I got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom room with massive space. I want to thank specifically to Youness, Lana, Eslam and Ibrahim for such utmost treatment !!! Highly appreciated, thank you All. I believe if you often book this hotel you may get the same. I see that all guests for this hotel are very important.

Rooms are very specious and very clean. Location wise is fantastic, close to everything you need + metro station right behind the hotel. A lot of shopping places around, supermarkets, international restaurants, Emirates mall is just a 10 min walk. This hotel is 4 star, but providing you a 5 star treatment. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Dubai, but for the first time I saw a personal trainer in the GYM from 8am to 11 pm night, he is helping, advising and if you want he will train you. Even if you haven't finished your exercises, he will stay late to make sure guests are completed, satisfied and left. SPA is also well maintained, steam room, sauna, 2 lifeguards controlled swimming pool, massage  etc. In the pool you will get refreshing shots complementary every 1 hour, cold fruit sticks, so many things to highlight.
