During our recent stay at W Hotel Dubai The Palm, we had the pleasure of dining at Liv Restaurant, and it was a truly remarkable experience from start to finish. The combination of excellent service, mouthwatering food, and the overall atmosphere made our visit unforgettable.

The menu offers a wide range of delicious dishes that cater to diverse palates, and every meal we tried was perfectly prepared and presented. From fresh salads to the perfectly cooked mains, the quality of ingredients and attention to detail were evident in every bite. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, but a special mention must go to Amgad Oweida. Amgad’s exceptional professionalism, combined with his genuine curiosity and dedication to ensuring our happiness, made our visit even more enjoyable. His warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our meal.

The W has long been one of my favorite Hotels in Dubai .. there is a genuine coolness in How they do .. What they Do. This is reflected in the wonderful experience offered at "The LIV" restaurant. Dont harbour the belief that just because it offers Buffet sittings that somehow you are not gonna get a 5 STAR experience because trust me ... you will. Under the expert direction of Head Chef Snehashish you will get a Gourmet Experience with a truly Personal touch. As is so often when competing at the highest levels within one's field .. the points of difference can often be in the small details. in this case.. its the loving attention dedicated to the entres & salads .. often over looked by many establishments but at The LIV it's as ambitious & delicious as anything you will experience anywhere. With all the choice on offer in Dubai its a testament to the high standards & quality delivered everytime .. that my family & i return so frequently. If ever chef returns the Snickers ice cream bar to the dessert menu .. then its game over .. they might as well convert one of the bigger banquets to my living quarters .. coz i...

I was looking for a restaurant that me and my husband can celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and Liv caught my attention and it was worth it. The ambiance of the hotel was so relaxing and good for a romantic date night. From the valet, lobby and to the restaurant everyone was smiling and greeting us.

The restaurant staff assisted us immediately to our table and explain the whole buffet menu and where to get the drinks. What really made us special is how the staff of the restaurant treated us and the surprised they provided to me and my husband.

Bharat, Wasana, Amgad and Nishant are truly amazing at their job and deserve a raised. They made sure that we have everything we need and made our day memorable. Customer Service at it's best!! Such a personalized way of treating your guests. Thank you so much to all of you.

The food are amazing but you can work more in your desserts and variety of food that you can offer. Food are delicious but it would be nice if you can include soft beverages too to the package of the buffet.
