Me and my colleagues at work went for the all you can eat offer. I must say we all agreed that the food was not good. Starting from the offer, way too many restrictions, we all have to order the same thing, we all are restricted with the same flavors, I wanted to change the 3 obligatory flavors because I myself dont like them, we had to pay 10 extra for all of us just to get the other 3 flavors. We ordered the boneless wings, all of us, as we dont prefer bones, yet the chicken was dry, chewy and we had to force swallow it from how long we had to chew. Whenever I question something the waiter says he tells me its okay I will pay for it, I mean im clearly not in need to your generosity as am paying a price that is not considered cheap, and we had our comments on the chicken they said how about your try the wings with bones, this chicken is dry as its without bones, is that even considered a justification to how bad the chicken was? Moreover, at then where we had enough of the chicken that was giving us a hard time to chew, there were leftovers, and they wanted to charge us an extra 3 dirhams for every piece of chicken left. And after we refused to pay for the leftovers and paid the bill, we noticed the waiter and who I think is the manager or the owner looking at us and talking, which seemed weird. An offer should not have too many restrictions and policies, if you can’t afford an offer then simply dont make it. Definitely an experience I...
Read moreTurned up on Sunday 3pm with children n wife to the Barsha Branch on Hessa. Disappointing behavior from staff as we were forced to order unlimited wings x 4 ( as opposed to 2 unlimited sliders and 2 unlimited wings ...with no sharing ! ...I have visited a few restaurants before and have basic ettiquettes !) as we could not order anything else on the same table ….I wanted to have unlimited sliders but I was not allowed sitting on the same table. To top it off I would be charged for anything left over …. I can understand why but the manner in which points were put across to us defies belief …. I m a restauranteur as well but the customer service and policies need to revisited.
I never leave reviews as I do feel there are so many factors which govern an experience but being charged premium rates for chicken wings with limited flavours ( 3 ) then being restricted in ordering ... but while sitting in a cabin has forced me to change my policy.
We walked out Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop for us in the future.
The response to this review from Miniguette highlights my grievance ... the moment we walked into this restaurant i was treated as if I had come to feed my family on the cheap ! ...terrible customer services...
