Outstanding Experience at Panda Express – Special Thanks to Alvin!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ve always enjoyed the food at Panda Express — the bold flavors, the fresh ingredients, and the consistent quality — but this particular visit truly stood out, and much of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Alvin.

From the moment I walked in, Alvin made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly set the tone for a great meal. He took the time to explain the menu options thoroughly, made thoughtful recommendations based on what I told him I liked, and was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process.

What impressed me most was how effortlessly Alvin balanced professionalism with a personal touch. He remembered small details — like how I liked my orange chicken extra crispy — and even offered to make a fresh batch when he noticed the current one might not meet that preference. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and truly appreciated.

The restaurant itself was spotless and well-organized, and the food was as delicious as ever. The Beijing Beef was perfectly cooked, the Chow Mein had just the right texture, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp — wow, absolutely mouthwatering! But again, it was Alvin’s kindness, energy, and pride in his work that made the visit memorable.

In a world where good service is becoming increasingly rare, Alvin is a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond. He’s not just doing a job — he’s creating positive experiences for people, and it shows. Panda Express is lucky to have him, and I will definitely be returning not just for the amazing food, but for the outstanding service that Alvin delivers.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. LARRY & Mr. KYLE at Panda Express Dubai for their exceptional customer service. Both were extremely courteous, highly professional & genuinely helpful.

I shared that I’ve been a loyal customer since 2010, back when Panda Express didn’t exist in UAE & I used to bring it back from JFK Airport during my frequent USA trips.

When I also mentioned that current order was part of a special family celebration marking my health recovery. Mr. Larry personally ensured that every item was freshly prepared. Each of the six individual meals was carefully packed by both, to match our customized requests precisely.

Their thoughtful gesture, warm attitude & professionalism enhanced our experience; quite rare to see in fast food service, as they went above & beyond.

Congrats to the chef for the super delicious food & Panda team for setting such high standards. Keep up the fantastic work 😍😊👍

I would like to specially mention Ms ELIZA, who was very cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. Today I wanted to try Chinese from some food court restaurants and I got Panda Chinese here in Midriff City Centre level 1 food court. I got a combo worth AED 32. This comes with rice/noodles with 2 main course and 1 spring roll. If you want you can get half rice and half noodles also. I got fried rice and in main dishes I asked them to give me Green Chili beef and Schezwan Chili Chicken. To my surprise both the dishes were delicious and tasteful. I thought I might sense some smell in chicken or beef but no, there was no bad smell, it was really fresh made and the food was tasty. I also ordered their Golden Prawns worth AED 37, those are battered deep fried prawns, it looked yum but the batter was little uncooked and too much oily. So yes it could have been better if cooked properly. If you order dishes other than their combos, they ask you to wait as they prepare those dishes on demand. Else all food that is displayed for the combo is ready and they refill their canister while preparing fresh at the kitchen. It was my good experience, I was not disappointed.
