JJ Chicken - Mirdif City Center — Restaurant in Dubai

Ystday we visited mirdif city centre were we tried there chicken shawarma platter which was 42 dh not worth it was by THE ENTERTAINER APP one on one the shawarma was sooooo dry and the chicken was soooo hard we can't take a bite we were hungry so any how with a help of water and drink we ate one shawarma then I went to pack my remaining food I told the staff that's the shawarma was tooo dry and too hard to eat cafeteria serve more tasty and juicy shawarma than u they put salads and all then she replied no maam we make hygienic food that's why we don't put salad in what sense she told i don't understand....after taking a parcel when i m returning one Emarati man came with soft drink can and told the staff it's expired it means they r selling expired items.....i will never recommend....and one more thing I saw i read so many comments there r too much complaints abt shawarma then also they didn't changed anything in...

This restaurant is in the food corner in Mirdif city centre.

Positives: Chicken tasts good. And I can tell it's fresh.

Negatives: Price is high, unjustified. With this price, customers expect more. In terms of quality, service and presentation It took more than 20 minutes to prepare 2 chicken brests. There is no bill, alarm or any other method to warn you that food is ready, you need to stay near the branch.

Food presentation is very weak. It's not like what you can see in the food menu.

Weak plastic knife, not an easy method to be used to cut the chicken.

I love JJ I always order But recently I don’t know why happen all the orders from mirdif city center delivery comes always wrong like literally I don’t understand I even give each time 2 calls one for the main number and other one more time for the Mcc branch number And I keep repeating the 3 meals many times by phone and I beg them to bring it correct and remind them that each time they send it wrong after all of that again they send wrong ! So weird so unbelievabl it’s just 2-3 meals they send it totaly wrong sauce is wrong chicken is wrong please do somthing so we keep ordering it’s getting worst the...
