I have been a loyal customer of Laila Restaurant for a long time, and I have always had a wonderful experience with the delicious food, friendly staff, and lovely ambiance. Unfortunately, I must share that my recent visit was quite different from my usual delightful experiences.

Yesterday, I noticed significant changes that left me disappointed. The staff seemed upset, and it felt as though they were taking my orders begrudgingly, almost as if they had been in a disagreement. Additionally, the wait for our food was unusually long, and getting the waiter's attention for any requests was quite challenging.

Moreover, the food quality appears to have declined noticeably. It was not as flavorful and enjoyable as it used to be. To add to the concern, the prices have increased significantly, which made my visit even more disheartening.

I genuinely feel sorry for the restaurant, as it used to be such a fantastic place to dine in. I hope you can address these issues and bring back the wonderful dining experience that I and many others have...

I‘m a regular at this restaurant since it opened this branch.. today i had a very unpleasant experience where one of the waiters was very rude and unfriendly and unsmiling and unwelcoming, he lacks basic hospitality skills I unfortunately don’t remember his name and i came to the conclusion that he may hold a grudge against locals for some unknown reason!!! Pathetic.. i had to yell at him to come take our order !!!!

Anyhow, team leader was very professional and resolved the issue quickly by removing this waiter from our area..

Also here i would like to acknowledge the waiter Mr. Naji who calmed things down and talked me out of escalating matters..

Definitely not gonna visit this restaurant for a while, I don’t plan on revisiting a place where i feel unwelcome and uncomfortable …
