** Super Amazing Tapas Fusion to visit in Dubai.

Lets start with the warm and very professional welcome by beautiful amazing Ms. Amandeep and Ms. Shanu. Once you enter the vibes of the place makes you relax and comfortable with the combination of decor and lights. The staff will immediately assist you and make you comfortable. Excellent service and very experience with staff Mr Pramod who suggested us with the amazing fish Prawn 65, Wai Wai which tasted beyond my expectations.

Great concept of Tapas along with super amazing fusion of taste. Very good ambience. Each dish was extraordinary as they where clubbed with the original taste of the dish along with the slight innovative taste to it. Thank to Chef Rahul for the mouthwatering dishes and dedication to present the food it extraordinary way.

Each dish that I order was having his own speciality and taste which lead you to dump on other dish to know more about the innovation they made with the next dish on you table.

Each time the dish was brought to our table by Mr Mukesh he make sure to name it with the smiling face while being polite and kind.

I tried following dishes:

Chicken Tikka Dimsum: 9/10 Malia Chicken Bruschetta: 9/10 Prawn 65, Wai Wai: 10/10 Jerusalem Artichoke Kulcha: 10/10 Kashmiri Chilli Prawns, Aglio Olio Spaghetti: 8/10 Mango Ango Cheese Cake, Malai Ghewar: 10/10 Mocktails: Trapusha and Kokam: 8/10

Thanks to each staff Mukesh, Pramod and Rahul for giving such a memorable experience and reminding me of my home country with lovely gesture and yummy food. Love the hospitality and friendly nature of staff.

One last and most important part to surprise your and make your experience more valuable and unexpected is that they give you discount for paying through Careem App & Zomato App.

Would love to visit again and highly recommend others to visit...

Dubai's First-Ever Michelin guided Indian Tapas Bar : A Revelation of Flavors! Walking into this hidden spot in Dubai Hills, you're immediately struck by its lively atmosphere. The interior blends modern elegance with traditional Indian elements, featuring a palette of rosewood, green hues, and pops of red. The buzz of conversation and the vibrant energy make it clear why this spot has quickly become a favorite for both gourmands and cocktail enthusiasts.

Revelry’s menu is a masterclass in Indian fusion cuisine, showcasing innovative tapas that transport you across India's diverse culinary landscape. Crispy Crab Pakora (Must try), rich and spicy Paneer Khurchan, melt-in-your-mouth Ghee Roast Lamb Chop, and the smoky Wagyu Pathar Kebab - Each starter is a testament to the chefs' creativity, blending traditional flavors with contemporary techniques. Wherein Mains and Desserts also were Unforgettable. Amongst ample menu, I chose my all time favorite Wai Wai with Prawn 65 option, offering perfectly cooked prawns with a crispy coating and WAI WAI noodles adding a unique texture. The Lamb Nihari, served with flaky Malabar Paratha, is rich and hearty, with tender lamb simmered in a deeply flavorful sauce.

Coming to the Desserts, each was really a master piece. Mango Cheesecake Malai Ghewar combines creamy cheesecake with the delicate sweetness of malai ghewar. The Chocolate Tart with Hazelnut Kalakand is a decadent treat, and the Kulfi Sundae elevates the classic kulfi to new heights, providing a perfect end to your meal.

Revelry is more than just a dining spot; it's an experience. The Michelin-guided bar menu is curated for those seeking Fusion Food adventure. For anyone in Dubai looking for a memorable meal, this is...

I've been coming to Revelry for a while now and have brought various people over after falling immensely in love with the food, service, and atmosphere.

My (and many others') favorite dish had unanimously been the kerela prawn - genuinely one of the best prawn dishes I'd ever had. However, recently the restaurant seems to have switched over to a menu that's bringing in more Thai flavors. I think the attempt at innovation is great but it's come at the cost of one of their best dishes that was the biggest representation of their unique flavor profile.

So I was a bit letdown by the red curry prawn replacement but it still has the unique stellar crispy cook on it that was also defining in the Kerela prawn.

Outside of that, standouts continue to remain their Jackfruit Momo, Chicken Tikka Dimsum, Prawn wonton, and their Lamb Chops. Friends also really enjoyed their hash brown chaat.

I'm keenly hoping they bring back the Kerela prawn but until then they have plenty of other great dishes!

The also continue to innovate with their signature cocktails. They had some interesting Indian based flavors in the best and now they have ones inspired by trains. The F-734's smooth sake and lychee really won me over. The Toy Train had a very unique Umami fusion of Roku + Black Truffle + Garlic + Cheese, which I surprisingly dug (but it's an acquired taste for most). The Queen was a great mango lassi like drink to end with.

I also want to thank our waiter Mukesh for his excellent...
