Amongst ample menu, I chose my all time favorite Wai Wai with Prawn 65 option, offering perfectly cooked prawns with a crispy coating and WAI WAI noodles adding a unique texture. The Lamb Nihari, served with flaky Malabar Paratha, is rich and hearty, with tender lamb simmered in a deeply flavorful sauce.
Coming to the Desserts, each was really a master piece. Mango Cheesecake Malai Ghewar combines creamy cheesecake with the delicate sweetness of malai ghewar. The Chocolate Tart with Hazelnut Kalakand is a decadent treat, and the Kulfi Sundae elevates the classic kulfi to new heights, providing a perfect end to your meal.
