Bateel — Local services in Dubai

I recently visited Bateel Cafe and found it to be just OK. The location within the mall doesn't offer anything special, and unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the standards of other branches I have visited.

During my visit, I noticed that the espresso shot in my cup was less than expected, and it was diluted with water, which was quite disappointing. I have decided not to order it again on my next visit. Instead, I plan to get my cup from Starbucks, which is located nearby. I appreciate that Starbucks maintains a consistent standard, unlike this branch of Bateel Cafe where it seems to be left to the discretion of the staff, who seemed quite disgruntled during my visit.

Compared to other Bateel branches this is could be the worst. I actually love Bateel food and it’s always a safe choice for me, but this branch the food didn’t taste so good it was average. The staff needs more training or they actually need more staff.. it’s weekend and normal that the capacity was at its full which was a lot for the current number of staff.
