Royal Dining Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

This is simply the worst customer service I've experienced with any restaurant in my entire life. I will not even exaggerate it, I was their daily customer for about more than 2 years, because I kept giving them chances for all the bad experiences they kept giving in terms of customer service and disrespect. Few days ago I had it enough because of them consistently getting my order incorrect, even though I would make it very clear to them what I want.

They are so disrespectful that they'll manipulate you into thinking YOU ARE THE PROBLEM and not them. They blocked my WhatsApp number. Their manager is super super ignorant. He doesn't give a crap about what issues his DAILY LOYAL customer has been having and not take anything into consideration.

These people at Royal dining are easily the most rude individuals I've ever met, from the lady at the counter taking orders to the delivery guys they have and it all comes down to the ignorant, careless, and irresponsibly manager they have got.

If you ever plan to dine-in, I promise you one day or the other you will always find big cockroaches running around under the tables and chairs, no cleanliness whatsoever.

I used to recommend this place to my family members and friends, but I've made sure to let everyone around me know that if you ever hear the restaurant "Royal Dining" don't even consider ordering from this heartless place that doesn't care about their customers. They are completely delusional and they ignore all the disgusting google reviews they've got and they'll still BLAME YOU and gaslight YOU into thinking you are the individual who is having a problem with their restaurant as if everyone else is loving their restaurant.

My family and I visited the restaurant for dinner on February 26th. I ordered Gobi Manchurian and wheat Porotta. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes, I was served chicken Manchurian instead, which I realized upon starting my meal. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was unprofessional. They claimed a wrong code was entered during ordering and didn't seem to view it as a significant error. As a vegetarian, this substitution was unacceptable to me. Eventually, they agreed to replace the dish, which took an additional 20 minutes, and they only brought two wheat Porottas instead of the four I ordered. When I asked for the remaining two, it took over 15 minutes, leaving me waiting with an empty plate. When I addressed the delay at the counter, likely with the manager present, the earlier staff member made another unprofessional remark, stating that preparing wheat Porottas takes time. If that were the case, why wasn't I informed when placing my order so I could have made a different choice? Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. We have no intention of returning or recommending this...

Pathetic service. Rude management Very delayed delivery Cold and soggy food

Recently they have been very bad in service and very delayed. I ordered food at 2:10 AM on Sunday (Saturday late night) which should not be crowded or busy. But they didn’t send the order for 1.5 Hrs (90 mins). I kept following up for over 40 mins and they kept saying it’s sent and is on the way.

But even after tolerating all these delay the worst part was the food was cold and was packed almost 40 mins before which was so cold, all soggy.

On calling the restaurant, the manager was very rude and says that what can we do if that happened. All I was looking for was some hot food when I was hungry.

We were 4 people waiting for the food, they ruined my night and we have to sleep hungry now.

The worst part, I live just 5 mins away from the Restaurent and if they told about the delivery timing, I would just go and pick it uo myself.

On telling that I will call and complain to the owner, the manager says ok do whatever you want.

Never ordering from here and recommend no one...
