Baskin Robbins DSO — Restaurant in Dubai

I go to Baskin Robbins almost daily and order Goldie Cake Sundae Ice Creams. Firstly, this branch lacks one of the most popular and BEST flavors which is Chocolate Trilogy. Another flavor which I love isn't there which is Mango Madness. That's not the biggest issue here though, you see. I order ice creams which usually have some cake in them like the Goldie Sundae and have been accustomed to how hard the cake is to cut and chew. I thought that's how it's supposed to be. Today I was at Dubai Festival City Mall and ordered the same Goldie Cake Sundae with Pralines and Cream and Strawberry Cheese cake flavors and oh boy did it taste so different and so much better. The ice cream itself was very rich in flavor unlike the ice cream in this branch and the cake in the Goldie Sundae was so soft and easy to cut and 10 times more delicious. Baskin Robbins in Dubai was so much better than the branch in Pakistan. The menu was open to more varieties such as fruit smoothies and chillers that are not available in Islamabad.

I ordered an ice-cream smoothie made of their delicious flavor “Love potion 31”. It even had in the base, a purée of fresh strawberries in a good amount to give a rich fruity taste. It was the perfect treat for my sweet tooth. I also bought a single scoop of my favorite flavor “Jamoca Almond Fudge” which just perfectly fulfilled my coffee ice cream craving thanks to the strong caffeine flavor.

If you’re new to their ice creams please do yourself a favor DONT place order. If you’re intimidated by internet then please try ONLY fruity flavors honestly the other flavors are terrible. Especially pistachio ice cream. The toppings are terrible in taste specially almonds they were literally bitter in taste. The chocolate sauce has no taste at all. The mango scoop was Okish in taste it’s better to buy Mc’d 2 aed cone than this. I don’t know about other branches but this specific branch got to be big disappointment.
