A roadside restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Delightful staff and friendly in explaining to those uninitiated to Vietnamese cuisine. Pho Soup With Shredded Chicken Shredded chicken thigh, pho spices, rice noodles and broth. served with bean sprout, herb platter and chili hoisin sauce. Gluten free. A must try with the sauce mix in the side which really brings out the flavor. Special Starters Mix platter of starters: summer rolls, spring rolls, fried shrimp and fried wonton. Literally, just a starter; but makes you want to order each one of the items individually. Delicious! Creme Caramel Egg, fresh milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, coffee. Didn’t stand out much but the coffee in it did give it a pleasant twist. Coconut Jelly Coconut water and jelly powder. Enjoyed it to the core. Don’t forget to scrape the coconut flesh from inside the coconut. Perfect in sweetness to make you think you’d like another one. Coconut Coffee Coffee with a twist. Nothing spectacular but it’s worth a one time try. Roadside Parking is difficult to find but the saving grace would be to park inside the building. First hour of parking is free and there on its Aed 5/- per hour.

As a Viet, I strongly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant. In my opinion, this place has recreated the closest flavor to authentic Vietnamese food (southern style) in comparison to any other restaurants in Dubai (I've tried quite a few places from casual to high end quality). Menu is extensive with both meat and vegan/vegeterian choices. The ingredients' freshness is well maintained, from papaya salad to beef Pho and the summer roll. Fried dish like the shrimp spring roll is crispy from the outside, filled with delicious filling and not oily at all. The dipping sauce is somewhat too sweet tho. Noodle broth is quite light and decent. All dishes are served with proper condiments (herbs, chillies, sauce, lime...), fair portion and highly reasonable price. Staff are helpful and welcoming, but service is quite slow especially during peak hour due in no small part to their newly open operation. There are both indoor and outdoor seats. Wifi is also available. Parking is just nearby. In sum, they've done a very good jobs.

This is a good find for Vietnamese food! We love the taste of the food we ordered - Special Starter, Pho Soup with Beef Tenderloin, and Twilight Chicken. As for the drinks, we had Vietnamese White Coffee and Dragon Coffee. Both are tasty drinks too. Note that it is happy hour from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and all their drinks are half the original price. Towards the end of finishing our ordered food, it's a lovely surprise to be served with fried banana fritters. That was really thoughtful. Food is served reasonably fast. I wasn't able to take note how many minutes, but it could be less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly with warm smiling faces. Also attentive and very helpful in describing the ingredients in food dishes and drinks. The ambience is relaxing and plays happy instrumental music in the background. I had a good dining experience here.

Horrible experience at this restaurant! In the beginning I was very excited to go here since I’m making videos for my social media revealing and finding new restaurants in Dubai. I ordered one of the signatures drinks with tea and jelly and in the menu it doesn’t mention any allergens regarding food or drinks, not even the waitress knows or ask anything about the allergies. I have ordered this kind of drinks before and never come with chia seeds which I am very allergic to it. When my drink came to the table I realized it contained the seeds and I told the waitress who was next to her manager to please change the drink for another one without chia seeds because I was very allergic to it but the manager responded to the waitress to TELL ME that we can not change the drink because it was already made it. I did not like the way how the manager behaved by sending her employee telling me when she was literally next to her that is not possible to change the drink. I got upset and I asked to speak with the manager and I didn’t receive any apologies and I felt the manager thought I was pretending to make a scene at the restaurant and even the way how she talked to me it was not a proper way coming from a manager. She changed the drink but later on I was coughing and feeling bad because of the allergies and she didn’t even ask if a was feeling okay or something…she came and she asked after a while : “how is your experience?they usually ask about allergies but the waitress was new (which is not an excuse)”Then she told me thank you for the feedback but excuse me? It was not exactly a feedback it’s something very important to ask or at least mention it on the menu. I did not like the way how the manager tried to clean her hands blaming to the waitress or someone else and from the beginning she didn’t want to face the situation because she sent to the lady to tell us regarding the drink. As a person who works in hospitality I do not feel this is the way to handle with customers. When I left she didn’t even apologize. She never did and she didn’t even ask anything regarding how I was feeling. Very disappointed about this situation, but...

It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially because we have been ordering and taking out food from here. We really liked their food until our first visit yesterday! The ambience is fine. Nothing great. We dont mind trying out small cozy restaurants, cuz I believe that at most times they tend to have the most authentic and delicious food. Coming back to yesterday, we ordered the coconut sprout salad, chicken pho and Vietnamese pancake. The chicken pho was nice, it lacked flavour than usual. The salad came with an uninvited guest.. an INSECT .. a tiny COCKROACH I think, not sure what, walking on the salad!! It was quite disgusting, but we didn't make a scene. They changed it for us🤞🏽and apologized. We stayed. Then came the pancakes, since we were trying this for the time, the lady server/hostess offered to assist and show us how to wrap and make the pancakes, the taste was really good. We really appreciate Ms Hanh for all her efforts, but what really upset me is that after making 2 pancakes for us, she removed her gloves and gave me those same used gloves for using to make my own..How!! Why?? What kind of hospitality is this??! WHO GIVES USED GLOVES?? This really put me off and is reason enough to say that I will never be eating from this place again!!! It's a shame that a place serving such authentic food, has zero hygiene and zero hospitality!! Even the other African server lacked basic skills of serving food and his expressions clearly showed when we kept asking questions and making changes. This is not we...
