Russo's New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in Dubai

I recently visited Russo's New York Pizzeria, and it was an amazing experience! The sitting arrangements are both indoor and outdoor, and with the lovely weather in Dubai these days, we chose to sit outside. The outdoor ambiance is fantastic, with beautiful décor that adds to the overall dining experience.

As a delightful start, they served us garlic bread which was fresh and delicious. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, including pizzas, salads, pasta, and even gluten-free pizza! We tried the Buffalo Chicken Ranch, Spicy Chicken Curry, and Peri Peri Crispy Chicken pizzas—all of them were absolutely delicious.

The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, making the experience even better. The indoor décor is also perfect, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The food was good but the service was not. We were the only people in the restaurant and had to go inside to ask for assistance many times. It felt like we were disturbing the fun afternoon of the staff. This was a shame as the place is nice and so is the food. When ordering starters the garlic knots came dry with nothing on. I had asked for garlic knots no cheese not dry bread. The mistake was a fair one but wouldn't have happened if the waitress was interested in us as customers. At no point were we asked if we needed anything. Free refills had to be begged for since the servers were busy joking around inside the restaurant. Again we were the only ones in the restaurant it shouldnt have been hard. Would I go back....? Me and my friend went to this restaurant and we ordered molten chocolate lava cake and a mojito .The cake didn’t have much flavour and it was so dry .we just had three spoons of it which was less than half of it .So I ordered a tiramisu and told the waiter to take back the lava cake and said that we didn’t like the cake at all .The tiramisu was fine not so good not so bad .
