Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

As always, we chose Starbucks for a friendly meeting. I asked for lemonade, but they gave me black tea lemonade, which was not my taste at all. I politely said this was not my order, but two staff started talking fast and rude, saying I said it, or someone else ordered it, and they don’t even have lemonade. I said you should have told me that before. Still, they continued with a disrespectful tone to say “this is how it is.” In the U.S., customer service really matters, and they never let customers leave unhappy. I come in here daily and unfortunately today will be my last! The guy serving this morning was so rude! Repeating my order with an attitude 3 times!
