I had a wonderful experience at your KFC store recently, and I would especially like to highlight the excellent support provided by one of your staff members, Ms. Nirmala.
I was initially planning to place an order in-store, but Nirmala proactively informed me about an exclusive online offer called “Super 30 deal”, which was not available for offline orders. The offer included a great deal for just 105 dirhams, making it a much better value compared to the regular pricing.
Thanks to her helpful guidance, I was able to place the order online seamlessly and chose the pickup option, which saved me time and money. Her approach was not only professional but also customer-centric — she made sure I understood the offer clearly and even guided me through the steps to place the order via the app.
Employees like Nirmala truly make a difference in enhancing customer experience. I’m really happy with the service and the way I was assisted. Kudos to her and the team for making the visit pleasant and rewarding.

I also had to ask my order number from them as I never got the receipt. Suddenly, 4 Filipino women came in and they were like “sister sister” and something in their language to the cashiers, assuming they are all from the same country - these women got food MUCH before me even though they came MUCH after me. They were out first due to being from the same country. My husband called me if I’m still inside or where, I said yes still here unfortunately. We got our twisters little cold and I asked for extra lettuce on mine, but maybe the receipt wasn’t given to me because they never put extra lettuce in mine. I would like to raise a concern regarding the poor service I experienced at your KFC branch in Jumeirah 2 Al Wasl around 2:00 a.m.
One of your staff members, Nirmala, was extremely unprofessional during our visit. She displayed a negative attitude, appeared irritated, and even slammed the tongs while serving us. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience to her during her working hours.
At first, I tried to be understanding, assuming she might be tired since it was late. However, I was surprised to see her immediately change her attitude when another group — an Arab family — arrived. She treated them with enthusiasm, offered a wide smile, and provided noticeably better service.
