Customer Service: The server was shockingly rude and disrespectful. His behavior was completely unacceptable, almost as if he was doing us a favor by serving.

Food: Overpriced and disappointing. We ordered Mutton and Botti fry, but what arrived was 95% masala and hardly 5% meat—tiny pieces you literally have to search for.

Environment: The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, with no proper cooling system. When we raised the issue, instead of addressing it, the waiter chose to mock us rudely.
