I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the hefty price tag, the quality of the food fell short of expectations. Dishes lacked flavor and freshness, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation.

Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of the restaurant manager, whose demeanor was notably unpleasant. Despite expressing concerns about the quality of the food, the manager showed little interest in addressing our grievances and appeared dismissive of our feedback.

To make matters worse, it was evident that we were not the only ones facing such issues. Another customer seated nearby shared similar sentiments regarding both the food quality and the manager's attitude, highlighting a concerning pattern of inconsistency and poor customer service.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by subpar food quality, unprofessional behavior from the manager, and a lack of accountability for the disappointing dining experience. We decided to try late night dinner at newly open this place in neighborhood and ordered Brosted Chicken bucket and grilled chicken. We just ordered food and ask them for take away same time Manager of Restaurant shows his bad behavior towards customer handling and ask waiter to make us pay before we received our order. Well that what i noticed n decided to pay n leave and ask waiter to make delivery at our place.

Worse this is food not good as you see in attached picture Fried chicken over cooked like burnt from out side may be too much used oil but raw from inside.

Along the way I saw this place and was fascinated because its new and so many people ordered food. I grabbed the chance and wait for my order. They have limited food to choose from but I ordered the common one shawarma. You can choose 2 choices beef or chicken either spicy or not is not a problem. The normal size costs 6aed(chicken) and 8aed(beef). Their shawarma taste incredibly great. The place was clean and very neat. Next time ill visit this place ill try the chicken meal and burger. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend to those who loves shawarma to try this.
