Tim Hortons City Gate — Restaurant in Sharjah

I placed a paid order through their app on 2nd August for pickup. When I arrived, the branch was closed, even though it showed as open on the app. I tried calling both the branch number and the customer service hotline — no one answered either.

What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time this has happened to me, and they’ve never responded to my previous complaints. After checking the reviews here, I realized this is a pattern — many others have faced the same issue, and the store is frequently marked as open when it’s not.

It’s unacceptable for a brand like Tim Hortons to operate like this. They took the payment but didn’t deliver the order or offer any support. If you’re planning to order from this location — don’t.
