Qasr Al Sahra Restaurant — Restaurant in Al Nahda

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your restaurant on 25th July 2024. I had high expectations based on google recommendations, but unfortunately, the service and value fell short.

I ordered the Mix Grill platter for three people, based on the assurance from your staff that it was a substantial meal that could easily serve four people. However, what we received was a platter intended for just one person, mostly consisting of chips. When I raised this issue, the staff member stated it was only meant for two people, which was inconsistent with the original information provided.

Moreover, the staff's response was unhelpful and dismissive. They argued with us and did not offer a reasonable solution or apology. The lack of clarity in the menu and the staff's failure to properly inform us about the portion sizes contributed significantly to our dissatisfaction.

Given the high prices and the mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered, I find it hard to recommend your restaurant to others. I believe there are many other establishments where customers can enjoy better value for their money and more accurate information about their orders.

I hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards improving both the clarity of your menu and the training of your staff to ensure that future customers do not face similar issues.
