China Park Restaurant — Restaurant in Al Nahda

My dear Husband (DH) and I LOVE Indo Chinese cuisine! At China Park restaurant Sharjah, the chefs have mastered this cuisine!

The stir fry beef in garlic sauce was par excellence! 😋Cooked to perfect tenderness! 🤤 We searched for restaurants that make American chop suey (ACS) when we lived in Canada and USA. Toronto had one good restaurant that served it. In New Jersey the ACS was a total let down🤐 No ACS to be found in Philadelphia when we lived there.

I felt the sweet component of the sweet and sour sauce in the ACS required a tad more sugar, so i requested some and in jiffy the taste was spot on!

We chose a table a little too close to the kitchen.. I thought about changing to a different table, but my husband reassured me saying ... the clanging sounds was an indicator that the food was fresh. 😉 I now know what to do when I serve him leftovers.😄 Shrijit was diligent with our request to serve our ACS with the crispy noodles in a separate bowl to the sauce. The fried egg had a partially runny yolk.. we prefer that to other places in Sharjah that beat up those poor eggs ... so cruel!

The talented nepali chef made a fleeting appearance .. he was probably inundated with take out orders. We thanked and cheered Chef Yuvraj in those split seconds.

The restaurant is cozy and clean. 5 or 6 tables. The price was great at AED 25 for each dish . A generous quantity... Enough to take some home.

I had a doubt initially that the crispy noodles were not fried.. basically Hakka noodles in their dry raw store bought form.🤔 Shrijit said that they were store bought and subsequently fried. Overall thanks to manager Abdul...

China Park is conveniently right next to Al Nahda park. We got a Szcheun fried rice and chicken with bamboo shoot and mushroom delivered. They came within a reasonable time: 15-20 minutes. The fried rice was good and a little bit spicy, but it only had a few chicken bits. I liked the chicken mushroom bamboo shoot. It had a light gravy, which I mixed with rice I made myself, and the dish had plenty of the chicken, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots.

The menu is massive with countless sections like soup, appetizers, chicken/duck, seafood, beef/lamb, sizzlers, vegetarian, rice/noodles, rice noodles w/ gravy combination, and drinks. The lunch special (runs 11:30am-3:30pm except Sundays) looks like a good deal for only 15 AED (cheap!). I’d like to order again to...

Been a regular eater at this restaurant since it opened it doors. This place used to provide good food and well deserved service.... which is now a passe. Also to add up to your sheer disappointment, Arrogance is the key ingredient and being disrespectful is a part of the Menu. If you cant handle and nurture your customer the next door will with a big smile. Srijit, a staffer has been very arrogant and doesn't care about his customers not once but been repeating the same.
