Di Maggio's. — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

One day, I witnessed a woman accidentally spilling her entire hot drink☕️. I saw this mishap, and I felt sorry for the woman since her clothes were also slightly stained🧥👖. As a result, her mood had changed, and the drink formed a puddle both on the table and under it💧💦🌊.

Shortly after, a staff member quickly approached, offering help and a free seat at another table🪟🧼, trying to console the woman, who was there with a friend. The staff member didn’t panic and informed the manager about the incident💯. Before long, she brought the woman a new drink☕️, something the woman didn’t expect from the management of the café Dimaggios. Her mood was soon restored🙂😉😊.

Well, it seems that a few days later, the women returned to this cozy place again, as I happened to see them...

We are a group of mothers that been to this bon accord for years, spent at least £50 per week for each of us. Sometimes we saw people bringing outside food while drinking coffee/tea. Today we went again as usual but only bought kids meals with some fries. Thought maybe we try some other snacks from downstairs. It was a very small snack. Then we were told not to bring other outside food, sorry! But maybe because we are foreigner so we got told for bringing a very small snacks. The evening staff were rude and did not smile at all, had bad experience today! the other mother lost her appetite to eat too, thanks to maggio's evening staff, so for mothers and foreign people out there please note...

Confusing menu. Canteen like. Relatively cheap.

I ordered a pasta dish - lasagna. I was told that it would be £5.75 if I also had chips or garlic bread. Otherwise it would be £5.95.

I got garlic bread.

I then noticed I could have pasta and half a pizza for £5.95.

I asked if I could swap my garlic bread for half a pizza.

I was told that that would also mean changing the lasagna for a smaller lasagna.

I decided to stick with what I had got.

Poor staff with poor command of English.

Would I come again. The food was like warm. The location is convenient.

I probably would - but with low expectations.

I felt like a grumpy old man! It is not a good...
