Greggs — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

In yesterday for lunch with a friend. She had a drink and sausage roll which was fine. I had a chicken bake and latte. When I got to my seat saw that the bake was only lukewarm. Took a small bite and decided to take it back to the counter. Told Assistant and asked if it could be given a boost in microwave oven. No, they don't have a microwave. Asked if I could exchange it for something hot. She just sort of shrugged and smiled vacantly at me giving the impression that she wasn't going to do anything. Stated I was making a complaint and could I speak to the manager. Came back with the girl who had originally served me at the till who offered a steak bake which was just out of the oven. When i went for a coffee and a snack the sausage rolls were cold,the bins were overflowing,there was a lack of staff the tables still had the last customers dishes and food on them.Also it is advertised that they opened till 9p.m. but due to the lack of staff they closed most of the seating area.Due to this i had to leave half of my meal as there were no tables or chairs available. I complained to Greggs directly and they gave me a refund of £10 which was sent to my phone in the form of a code which was only valid to use in Greggs own outlet.The refund was less than i initially payed.Finally if they believed i was due the refund i feel it should have been my choice...

I live not far from geroge street so I use this greggs regularly. This greggs facility is very poor quality in food everytime I go the bakes are stone cold, if you mention this to the staff member you just get attitude from them. The management there is not the best I could go in when it's empty no customers and tables haven't been wiped down and bakes are not filled up. Every other gregs I have been to is very good and normally 9/10 times there always at least warm also the staff are always friendly and efficient. This store is just very dissapoint and need better...
