The Feed Baron — Restaurant in Scotland

The feed baron is now in residence for the forseeable future at the Westhill Golf Club, providing the usual amazing burgers and fries from the van from ashdale hall, as well as pub grub such as fish n chips, sandwiches etc. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch. Had the tempura king prawns and the pork croquettes (forgot to get a picture of this). Both starters came out very hot, and it was clear it was all handmade. Prawns were big and juicy in the crispy batter, pork was really nice in the croquettes. We got a couple burgers for mains, the Hit honey chicken burger and the king of the hill burger. Chicken burger had 2 big fillets of tender chicken covered in very crispy batter, also had pickled red cabbage and the hot honey sauce, thick and spicy. The king of the hill burger had 2 smashed patties, plenty of cheese, and onion ring and some bacon. This was the star of the show, unreal! Would recommend getting this. Finished it off sharing a big piece of sticky toffee pudding, which was very warm, had very thick sauce and a big dollop of ice cream. Left feeling very full and very satisfied! Book in to this place...

Amazing food. We arrived too late and a few things were sold out but what we got was ace! Genuinely great guy running the show and cooking everything from scratch ( other than the ketchup and brown sauce). We will be back
