McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Terrible service today at 4 pm, and staff didn’t care at all - seemed asleep or brain-dead... too busy chatting to each other and not paying any attention to what they’re supposed to be doing……

I ordered through the App for delivery to my numbered table - the girl who brought my food took the tray to a different table and gave it to someone else….. They said it wasn’t theirs - I was waving and saying “over here!”, but she just left it and walked off….

Not 1 napkin on the tray…. And when I start eating, my Chicken Big Mac had no sauce, no salad & was totally dry - so nothing like the pictures! I then see that the sticker on the front says “just Cheese, nothing else” - so it’s a special order which they’ve given to me by mistake - messing up someone else’s order as well!

I take it up to the counter & show that they’ve brought me the wrong burger - they question me twice about what the problem was and say they’ll bring me another burger to my table, but don’t…. 10 minutes later they come to clear my tray away and I point out that they still haven’t brought me my burger….. Absolutely useless!

I Thought about complaining to the manager, but I’d already spoken to her earlier & was fairly sure that I’d just be wasting my time & breath…..

So, in these days of computerised ordering, where staff get printed instructions of exactly what to put on a tray and where to take it - I don’t understand how they can make so many mistakes. It just shows that they really do not care…… (and as a regular customer that is very...

It is in a quiet location so crew is able to be themselves and focus on service and cleanliness. I was there twice in a row for breakfast. Speed was okay. The sausage egg was lacking in flavour. I was used to Canada's. We have grease retained. We also put clarified butter on English muffins. Your ingredients seem to have grease sucked out in manufacturing. Maybe for health and appearance but flavour comes from animal fat. It's what keeps people coming back. Hash brown does not taste like potato. It tastes like omega 6 oil. The sandwich is bland and dry. Here's what you do better than Canada. Your latte tastes better. Orange juice is Tropicana bottle not from concentrate. We are still using concentrate from old dispensing machines. You have garbage sorter...

I wish I had taken more photos but there was just one thing wrong after another. We were there at night. Absolutely no one inside. Order took long they apologised it’s fine. First problem: my poor double cheeseburger. The photos speaks for itself. Next found a small black hair in my Kit Kat McFlurry… they forgot our chicken selects. When we finally got them. They were hard as a rock and when u finally bit thru the chicken it was dry very dry u could see just how dry it was. Very disappointing.
