Seaton Chipper — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Been looking for a decent chippie in Aberdeen for a while. I live in the West End so had not considered the Seaton Chippie. However after some of the locals letting me down thought I would look further afield. Delivery arrived piping hot as well wrapped. Battered Sausage was the best ever I have ever tasted. Just brilliant. Jumbo Haddock super fresh and well cooked. Not sure why I was suprised but yep tip top. Puts the West End...

Normally really great service here, their food is cooked fresh to order so expect a little wait. Its a small shop so you'll have to wait outside. I ordered a curry sauce from here and was given gravy, I asked the young girl behind the counter if she minded swapping it for a curry sauce like I had asked but she responded with "It's already made now" so remember to speak louder with your order otherwise they'll just guess at...

We have been buying our grandson a chipper supper every Friday for the last two years he looks forward to it and gets excited when the delivery arrives. However the last three Friday the food has been terrible obviously cooked in the afternoon and recooked. We get it delivered at 6pm. We have ordered during week and it's been lovely and fresh just seems To be a Friday the quality is very poor. So no more chippers for us...
