The waitress Orsi was very over friendly, she came and joined our table, sitting next to my husband at the table whilst taking our orders. The order of the drinks was wrong and then I had to ask a second time for my drink. When the food came she handed it over the barrier of the booth, rather than coming around and handing it over properly. We saw a hair on my burger, which she took back straight away and replaced with a fresh one. My friends order was wrong and he received the wrong burger, when he was checking against the menu she brushed it off. Then when it came to pay she couldn't get the bill right, we kept receiving the wrong bills, mixed bills. She then went off to another table. It took 4/5 times for her to actually produce the correct bills for us. We told her that our plane was now boarding, to which she replied she isn't panicking so we don't need to panic, she told us she has the power to stop the plane going without us. Which we knew wasn't true. In the end due to the errors of the bills she walked with us to our gate for us to pay telling us that they will see her and they won't let the plane go. She was extremely frustrating and made what should have been a nice relaxing time feel intruded, stressed and frustrated. She wasn't professional and her continuous errors frustrated us more. We arrived with plenty of time to eat and get to the gate, but due to her not concentrating and making errors she caused us to arrive just before the gate was closed. Serious training should be had. Airports can be a stressful place, passengers don't need someone that makes the situation even worse and then disregards your queries...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining here on my travels home. Upon getting to my seat I felt extremely relaxed as all the staff where so welcoming with friendly smiles and a cheerful attitude. I attempted to use the scan menu to order and upon trying to pay the website was down but the funds was withdrawn from my account. This is where the wonderful staff team shined and was able to help resolve my issues. The extremely helpful Orsi took on all my concerns and was extremely understanding with my anxiety. Orsi then took on my order and during the short wait for my food and drinks, the original funds had returned to the bank. During my meal Orsi came around to check on myself and other customers and had everyone smiling along with her and she made the amazing food better with her bright outlook on life. Read moreFood was served quick . I was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the lady that served me. I was still eating . Sitting by myself on my phone chatting and she came up to me and asked me to pay. I said I’m still eating, can’t you wait she said I had to pay there and then because she had to go somewhere. I was so annoyed at her. I had to finish my call to pay. Shortly after she came back and said the payment didn’t go through, checked my receipt and it had been approved. She said no so I had to pay again. This happened 4 times. She kept going away , checking an iPad and then coming back to me. Wasted so much of my time. Absolutely ruined my dinner and quiet time. Kept saying if I have any issues I can email them. Today I’ve received my statement and all 4 payments went through so for a meal £17.25, I have paid 4 times.
