My Boyfriend Went Here A Month Ago And the first time round He Ordered His Food Without No Problem, Then He Won Free Food. From that Thing That You Get On Fries Or You're Drink, That McDonald's Do Now And Again. (Similar to monopoly) However He, Went To The Checkout To Redeem It, So The Girl Who Served Him Put It Through Without No Issues And Gave Him The Order Receipt. My Boyfriend Thought As it Was Only One Thing, and It Wouldn't Take Long. 45 Minutes Later He Was Still There Waiting For His Order Number To Be Called. The Girl Who Served Him Kept Glancing Over At Him. Presumably Waiting For A Reaction As She Had Several Customers Complain About The Waiting Time also. Not to mention the food kept coming back from customers, so that wasn't a good sign. Her Response to everyone that the staff were "trainees" Not when they were moping around doing nothing and completely forgotten my boyfriends order. My boyfriend almost walked out, then he asked one of the staff where his 1 item was. Then he asked my boyfriend if he ordered it already and my boyfriend said to him that he's been waiting for 45 minutes for 1 item. Then in the end the staff did end up giving him that 1 item. Luckily it was free, if he had to pay for it, it would of been a completely different story and there would of been issues. He won't be returning here again after that day. I've been here plenty of times as well and they can't get their act together. They are always slow and also get the orders wrong. Oh not to mention to mention, the place was filthy, even in the kitchen and there was a lot empty boxes, dust and Gunk...

I recently swung by the McDonald's at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol for a quick bite, and I must say, the experience was very satisfying, meriting a solid 4 stars. My order of a Big Mac, customized with extra sauce, truly hit the spot. And true to my request, the Big Mac came generously slathered in sauce – it was a saucy delight that lived up to every bit of its iconic status.

The 20-piece nuggets were another highlight of my meal. They were cooked to a golden perfection, striking that delicate balance between crispy and tender that McDonald's does so well. It's this consistency in delivering comfort food favorites that keeps me coming back.

However, my visit wasn't without a hiccup. The on-site electric vehicle charging was convenient, in theory, allowing me to look forward to a recharge for both my car and myself. But about five minutes into charging, the machine displayed an error and stopped, adding a slight snag to what was otherwise a smooth experience. While this was a disappointment, it didn't substantially detract from the overall satisfaction of my visit.

Despite the charging issue, the restaurant's quick service, the cleanliness of the dining area, and the delectable food more than made up for the inconvenience. I would recommend McDonald's at Cribbs Causeway for anyone looking for quick, classic, and tasty fast food, with the hope that the EV charging facilities will receive a bit of attention to match the high standards of the...

This review is all about Neve at the Cribbs Causeway, Lysander Road McDonalds - please can someone show her this and let her management see it also. Neve restored my faith in mankind last night (9th July 2025) when my electric car developed a fault which meant I couldn't charge it to get home with my family after my daughter's university graduation in Bristol. I asked Neve, which happened to be at the end of her shift on Wednesday evening - to take my number plate so I wouldn't be fined (as we'd been parked in the McDonalds car park, effectively broken down, for hours - we'd eaten there too by the way, which was great). Neve and her boyfriend helped at the end of her shift and her clever boyfriend was able to release the charging port cover so I could charge the car and get home. We'd struggled with it for hours and waited for the AA who failed to turn up and so Neve and her boyfriend were literally like knights in shining armour at this point! I just want her to be recognised for her above and beyond customer care and McDonalds should be proud to have her as a member of staff on one of their teams. It was incredibly appreciated by us so please make sure to pass on our thanks to...

Where do you start? Somebody needs to re-define fast food. I think this place just has. It means 5 gormless wonks standing around a food table stacked with poorly assembled delights staying warm under a 3 watt lamp. I have never seen so many people in a group looking so lost or pointless. A TV screen displaying an array of numbers that Einstein would be confused by. One side of the screen delightfully said ready to collect. Of the 15 numbers showing I very much doubt it for the queue of customers. They did however constantly stack a shelf with large bags of ,I guess food for our helmeted delivery people that nobody collected whilst parents explained to the children that the reason their happy meal was taking so long was not because they had to slaughter and prepare the cow outside. Although it felt like it. Fast food is meant to be cooked and prepared quickly as to provide freshly prepared hot food. This was not fast or even warm. May I suggest they change the light bulb to a higher wattage. I wonder how many of the 5 it would take to change it.

Well after 9 months I thought give it another chance, well food was back to being fast food shame the still can’t get orders right and cold fries 🍟, paid for extras on the burger, got the sticker but contents was standard 🤬no apologies they have relocated the disabled spaces and the cover’s are off the charging points and the toilets are open, but the kids area is still closed. “Waiting 25 minutes for supposedly fast food is not what you expect from McDonald’s. closed toilets unhelpful staff and they were talking and working at a snails pace, when their people waiting is not acceptable. The kids play area still closed the electric car charging 4x all had out of use bags over them. Next time will be driving up to the McDonald’s by Asda!”

Came here for food via the click & serve service. Didn’t wait too long for the food to arrive. We had ordered smokey bbq dip with the chicken selects, but we were given normal bbq instead which was a shame. The fries were so extremely bland! I’ve had mcdonalds fries with genuinely zero salt. However, after getting to the bottom of the bag, there was an extra box of fries, must’ve been put in by accident as they weren’t on the receipt. They were somewhat bland too, but a nice surprise. So much ketchup in my burger it was falling apart, sliding around, hard to eat. Also had a somewhat weird taste to it, a bit medicine-y? So quite a few things wrong with all of our items…
