Visited KFC Cribbscauseway today, complaint to head office !! Plus seeking refund.
Worst customer service I have ever received in 40 years, the assistant manager needs a lesson on customer care, and to listen which is the most important part of the Job.
Please can the Area Manager reply to my complaint and email Asap !!!! The service I have received is totally unacceptable and they definitely need to know there policy and procedures when an assistant manager role is given to untrained personnel.

Dreadful experience and food order not honoured 😞, do not go there !!!!!! Rip off to say the least and do not honour the order Bought 4 tower box meals and drinks, cost £47.56, staff, no chicken bites in order, and didn’t get my drinks as they handed me a big bag and said there you go, I realised I didn’t have the drinks and phoned them up and spoke to the Assistant manager, he said sorry and said call back in and I refund the order for the 4 drinks and bites, drove back there and the so call Assistant manager said he couldn’t refund the drinks as they part of the meal, ( Breaking the law) I said don’t be silly you asked me to drive over to you and your refund the 4 drinks as I never took them as never given, he said you didn’t take them and we can’t refund as they were in the meal, I asked him if I left them and he agreed but said no refund which is ridiculous and they have ripped me off for around £9 which is actually theft in my eyes.
The Assitant manager was very rude ( Nathan) and unreasonable and not prepared to listen or refund of which I never had, the drinks, plus the cost of the fuel to do a return visit.
Again would you agree dreadful service ????
Please beware of the terrible service in this KFC it’s not very good in the seems of it and your be talked to like something you step in !!!!!
I will be putting in a major complaint and taking up with their Managing Director along with trading standards. I spent over £47 and was treated like scum and got ripped off for £9 which is unacceptable and breaks all retail laws.
Again will be complaining to the CEO and want a refund for drinks not received, please contact directly as your be concerned about the service I received Today in one of your restaurant chain stores.

I wish you cared just a little more, let's all do more training with the staff, step one oh what's the use??? (Store was very busy, during our visit today, queing customers out of the door, too many customers for the two till staff, obviously new till staff as I had to explain what a large meal was, had no idea what a double down was, didn't know what a big daddy meal was... I give up... bins over flowing, filthy tables, many complaints that i over heard whilst I waited for our food. My question would have to be: did you get our order wrong or did you get it right but gave it to the wrong customer? thanks anyway......

Fries should be hot and crispy? Not hot and soggy, this is likely to be because in the 10 mins I waited for my order to be put together, the same batch of fries sat there under a hot lamp…. Going soggy,
Strips, soggy,,, yup hot and soggy same as fries, likely hot held in high temp draws far to long,
Service,,, hi my fries are soggy,,, ok here have another batch of the same I just gave you,,, no thanks I would like crispy fries… oh well your gonna have to wait 10 minutes for them… ok
So I wait. Normally I would just give this up as a bad job however had the day from hell and just wanted some good old KFC.. why do I bother.
So in short £12 down the drain for soggy chips and soggy fries served with a grunt, however I do love cherry Pepsi max..
One final point why is it acceptable to be push out the way for the sake of deliveroo and uber eat drivers that don’t even speak English,
