Domino's Pizza - Heanor — Restaurant in Amber Valley

Awful. Store Manager called Agne was not interested in the shambolic service we received tonight. We order regularly from this store and have never had an issue. We waited 1 hour 30 minutes to receive cold pizza. I appreciate it was a busy night (New Years Day) However, surely extra staff should have been in place? We were offered a discount on our next order and told our reorder for tonight would take another 1 hour 30! Is this how you manage customer service? During our phone conversation she tried to cut it short several times and had no interest in resolving the issue. Instead she suggested we drive to pick it up. A main question I have for the store manager is, why on earth would you make the pizza 50 minutes before a driver is ready to deliver? (Notified by the tracker when it was on quality control) She happily had the customer service information readily available, which leads me to believe she has had numerous complaints tonight. Substandard pizza barely any cheese and a tad bit over cooked. Very rude “manager” messed up our entire order and refused to take accountability, wouldn’t listen, highly defensive. This man acted paranoid and had a very bad attitude and no customer service at all. I’ve been a retail manager and this isn’t how you approach customers who have a complaint. Even my brother tried to talk to him but the manager was snarky and rude still. I asked for a replacement he refused. I told this manager he was rude and refusing to take accountability and I wished to complain about him which his attitude still was bad and he was unfazed that we wanted to complain about his poor customer service. We’ve had orders messed up before but the staff have always been helpful and friendly and rectified the problem but this manager is on a whole new level. In the end we didn’t buy a replacement pizza because the man acted too rude and and we didn’t trust him. We paid full price for a large pizza so didn’t expect this poor standard of Pizza...

Food is clearly never checked , nursery children could have done better imo and this was clearly thrown in the box with no quality check or any check at all , I know you have guides and guidelines on food prep etc but heanor domino’s clearly doesn’t adhere to them. Staff are rude, lie about orders and so called “managers” , they don’t answer the phones and if they do they just hang up after threatening customers, not very friendly or customer oriented. If you are lucky maybe you will just get lied too but you certainly won’t get your order sorted they will refuse, to help or sort it out and fabricate lies around this excuse or threaten you but if you are into that and like pizza that is either dry like cardboard or swamped in sauce and cold then this is the place for you 👍🏻, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend...
