Montys Cafe — Restaurant in Amber Valley

HP bottle filled with cheap brown sauce ,which is not being honest about content, was asked if we wanted butter on our toast ,we said yes but got margarine, the sausages were spongy cheap cash and carry costing ground 11p each for a bag of a hundred , bread was as cheap as you can get ,all in all the worst breakfast myself and my wife have ever had , when the lady serving asked if everything was OK, and we politely gave our disappointments , she just shrugged her shoulders giving no apology and showing no concern , we paid the bill and left ,with no intention of ever returning but wondering to ourselves how the dear folks of Ripley can honestly accept the food quality and support this establishment wasting the money in...

went for a late breakfast today always full. very friendly manager and staff. food amazing food freshly cooked. plus side. Coffee plus Lattes etc piping hot how come this little cafe can do this when bigger places costa, starbucks, the bigger garden centres its always luke warm yuk!! amazing not a big place there is a toiletwith wash facilities down an entry at side of the cafe. well worth a visit we use a lot give the Montys a try well...
