Favourite Pizza — Restaurant in Arun

Brought from there quite a few times now used to be really nice now the pizza has gone from being the best around to mediocre and the chicken and chicken wings wither come dry and burnt, hardly any meat on them or saturated in oil to the point u could drink the chicken. U complain and ask them not to send certain piece of chicken in order and they send every piece in the form of the one you don’t want. I won’t be ordering again 30 quid wasted tonight

After giving another go started to be ok again now it has again gone back to rubbish chicken, but to my amazement they have just decide to charge an additional pound on all orders for an unseen hidden charge and when confronted about it they laugh and say it’s such a small amount of money and go else where. Always check if you pay by card on the phone as they have said this is just how it is. Which is not the case at all. Checked through all orders and it’s only started happing last week where as I was told it’s been going on for months.

They should be saying in the phone that there is an extra charge for absolutely nothing apart from...
