After a couple of poor experiences in the past we visited again as the vote was for a KFC. All ordered and reasonably quick service, given our food which was a large amount due to the amount of family and guests. Get home to find items missing. Told the majority to crack on and I'll drive back again. Upon showing the receipt and the server agreeing the mistake I was unhappy with just being offered the missing items as the rest of my meal will be cold. I was then told I needed to go home and collect the whole order then they would replace it all which is company policy. I'm not driving another 6 mile round trip to collect a half eaten order and suggested to give me the missing items and some hot chicken to go with the missing order. This company policy was no where to be seen for public view, being told area managers need to be called to find a resolution and being told to was too expensive to replace the order and giving me hot chicken will mess with the balance books is not my problem. Just Eat are just as much of a shambles as this shoddy back street chicken shop that shouldn't be blessed with the Colonels badge. I'd feel embarrassed for the trolley pushers that work there but I really don't think that they'd care, or if they did it'd be only at 25% effort. KFC wouldn't do anything because it was ordered through Deliveroo and as was all over the TV this morning the product I ordered was from KFC, not the delivery company they chose to use to deliver it. They should of sorted the problem not left me in the shop on Christmas Eve in my pyjamas trying to live chat to someone at their chosen delivery company! One of the other delivery drivers actually helped me more than they did and another delivery driver was telling them it wasn't right that I'd ordered and paid for something, that I didn't receive.
