I would give less than one star if I could. We placed an order tonight and received an order confirmation at 7.54pm. At 8.23pm our order said it had been delivered on the app, but it wasn't anywhere to be seen and there was no knock at our door.
My Husband rang the restaurant and asked where it was and without even checking the guy flippantly kept repeating "it's on the way, it's on the way", and my husband couldn't get much more of a word in before the phone was down. We understand that they are busy, but he was just plain rude.
Another 40 minutes go by and still no order arrives. We ring again and say we don't have our order and the same guy agrees to remake and send our order again.
Nearly another hour goes by after this and still no order arrives. We call again and the same guy acts like we never called in the first place! Said something about sending a driver out and put the phone down again. I called back to say we didn't understand and to clarify what was happening, and again said he would remake it and kept saying "fine, fine", he had a rubbish attitude and sounded like we were putting him out or something and again the phone was down with no goodbyes and not once in any of these calls did the guy apologise. I called back for a refund straight after that and told him to leave the food. With the price of their pizza and the atrocious attitude of the manager at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store we will NEVER be ordering from Domino's again and have put in a complaint with customer service, just to make them aware of his attitude to customers. I am really not sure how he still has a job there.
On the last call I asked him to confirm that he would refund me, which he said he would, but no refund was given after waiting a few days, so I had to contact Domino's customer service team again in order to get a refund....
Read morePoor experience today. After ordering myself some food and then I ordered someone else some food. I came in and waited for my 8 minute orders which slowly went back to needing 10 minutes and nearly 45 minutes waiting total, my orders were finally given to me. Most of my food was cold. They didn’t have a pizza I wanted in stock, they didn’t have it 2-3 months ago either so I’m surprised when they told me they still hadn’t had stock??? It’s the only reason I even ordered there and you didn’t even have it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering here. Had I been informed sooner I would’ve told them to scrap the pizza and I would’ve just stuck with eating some sides. The staff kept pausing for things which was why my food kept getting pushed back in terms of time. Felt very annoyed that I had to give my manger her food late and had my dinner late too without enough time to eat properly, I literally had to down the food so quickly just so I had time to enjoy the rest of the 3 minutes I had left of my break.
I could’ve gotten papa johns pizza faster and been back and eating it much quicker than here. Was fairly disappointed. If they’re too busy please don’t be accepting orders and if stock is out, please inform instead of when you’ve already made most of the pizza because I would’ve gotten my sides quicker and I would’ve just cancelled my COLD pizza...

She put in her order and then whilst she was giving the card details the person taking the order told her to F...off and cut the phone on her. I then called straight back to find out what had happened. The same person cut the call on me when I tried to get an explanation. I called back again and a lady answered, I asked to speak to their manager and she passed me on to another man. I explained that someone had been rude to my daughter and wanted to find out why and that I wanted to make a complaint. He was equally rude to me and told me to go and order somewhere cheap. I was totally shocked by this behaviour. The man refused to give me his name. My husband went to the shop to try and speak to the manager but was told he'd gone home. All we wanted was an apology, because this behaviour is totally unacceptable. My daughter is 16yrs and has a slight lisp, I thought ordering for herself would help boost her confidence but this has really upset her and knocked her confidence. The pizza she was trying to order was to welcome back her sister from University, its damped our spirits at a time that's supposed to be joyful. Needless to say we ordered from elsewhere and won't be using...
